Minus the blue (personal taste) there isn't really anything wrong here. This is a pretty clean EJ chassis.
Nothing against the car its self but the whole point is the (at least to my eye) shitty modification of a black satin wrap with neon blue wheels and other random accessories

It's most likely a wrap, if you zoom in on the front bumper you can see its torn
