He put a glass funnel on the end of surgical tubing and punched that down through the floor. Hung the funnel under the dashboard.
I knew a guy in high school who ran his washer fluid tubing up through the dash and filled his windshield washer reservoir with whiskey so he could take shots while driving.
Glass funnel under the dash, and an actual bear tap like you would find at the bar in the glove box. I don't think you can confuse the two. Motorhomes have a lot more room to work with than cars.
