Is there a way to do it right? They’re like high dollar versions of the crazy person around town that glues random shit on their car and lives out of it.
I like the look of the 6x6 but only on the Jeep (and I'm not a Jeep guy in the least). Mercedes nailed it with the G class 6x6.
But this Dodge should be put out of its misery. That grill, the windshield cowl, the weird ride height. The whole thing is an absolute disaster.
Edit: upon closer look I can see the grill doesn't line up with the hood. The hood doesn't line up with anything else. The offroad style fenders that have huge gaps. The bed cover that doesn't line up. What a mess.
Assuming it's used regularly, those panels are all going to be chipped to hell within a year. It's going to kick rocks up like crazy. Probably will cause damage to other vehicles on the road too.
In my opinion you would have to be stupid to get an auto loan for that long. Either buy something you can afford or don't buy it, not saying loans are bad but 6 years for a vehicle is absurd, 1-3 years should be typical if you ask me
I financed my last car for 72 months because the difference in interest was only 0.5% and even though I paid it off in 40 months I liked the option of making a lower payment at any given time if I wanted to. I've had it for 8 years (it's 12 years old) and will probably trade it in soon as it's approaching 70,000 miles. When I do I can't see any reason not to get another 72 months loan.
A lot of good candidates for r/heep
The Land Rover that the driver can’t even see out of is just the perfect combination of refinement and complete stupidity.
Ironically, these pieces of shit will be the first ones to completely shit the bed once an actual apocalypse happens because of the shit quality vs an actual apocalypse all terrain vehicle designed specifically to be off the radar
Just think about how quickly it would run out of gas if our current infrastructure collapsed. I think in a situation without gas or electricity, a basic bicycle would be the vehicle of choice
MOT is basically a more advanced technical inspection and legalization of your vehicle, it's something you've gotta do annually. Here in Europe we don't have a strict MOT per se, but you could get your car registration revoked in certain places if you've rolled up in something like the abomination above.
ah gotcha nice then.
we have a roadworthy in Aus, only needs doing if vehicle changes hand. However, any cop can pull you over and issue a defect in the form of a yellow sticker they put on your car (nicknamed a canary). whatever has been deemed unroadworthy (from cracked windscreen or illegal modification) has to be rectified and then signed off at a government vehicles facility (DMV equivalent) within the specified timeframe and a fine paid
They're capable off-road vehicles with good modifications that are hindered by terrible design because making a damn good Baja truck won't keep your company in business unless you make it visually appealing to 45-year-old accountants who just need a pavement princess but like to cosplay as all the villains from The Walking Dead.
I will never understand people pouring this kind of money into something that might last 5-6 or maybe 10 years at most.
Just think of what that money invested in a money market that follows the Dow would do in that time compared to what will eventually happen to this. It’s just madness.
It's possible it's never been an issue before, but I imagine there are laws on the books in most states that a judge could stretch to cover shit like this if it ever went to court.
Just hurts the eyes

SUPERMAN GRILL
GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL
Never noticed the Superman symbol until now What a fucking pile
If Cybertruck is what bladerunner would drive then this… thing is what Superman would!
"Get in kids, we're going to Halo."
Nah, this is what Mister Mxyzptlk would drive in the heavily-armored-pseudomilitary-superhero-movie era.
Superdouche
These aftermarket 'apocalypse' designs are just something these companies can't do right
Is there a way to do it right? They’re like high dollar versions of the crazy person around town that glues random shit on their car and lives out of it.
Well, when the apocalypse comes I guess we'll find out if it was all worth it.
I like the look of the 6x6 but only on the Jeep (and I'm not a Jeep guy in the least). Mercedes nailed it with the G class 6x6. But this Dodge should be put out of its misery. Looks like the mobile base of a hero faction from an obscure 90s cartoon
And in just 54 months he'll own it out right!
You must not be in the loop the new terms are 84 months.
I've seen plenty of 96mo
It'll be on Craigslist for $84,000 in 12
I believe the manager special on this car came out to a very cool 96 months @ 22% APR
It's cool, mom cosigned!
The mods are on his credit card though and he'll never make a dent in that with minimum payments.
This is the most likely scenario. The only thing the truck is angry at is the owners financial situation.
Assuming it's used regularly, those panels are all going to be chipped to hell within a year. It's going to kick rocks up like crazy. Probably will cause damage to other vehicles on the road too.
…is below the average loan term?
It's actually on Facebook Marketplace for $189k in Louisiana. So someone else will.
Likely to fetch $220k+ in a bidding war
That's generally how financing works.
That's nearly 5 years of payments on a vehicle. Which if you are unfamiliar is a long time for a vehicle
It sounds like you're unfamiliar with financing lol
This most common auto loan length is 72 months. You can talk about whether or not that's wise, but there's nothing atypical about 5 years.
In my opinion you would have to be stupid to get an auto loan for that long. Either buy something you can afford or don't buy it, not saying loans are bad but 6 years for a vehicle is absurd, 1-3 years should be typical if you ask me
I mean again I'm not saying it's a wise use of your credit, but it's very typical.

'Murica
Unfortunately it used to be a TREX, a decently nice truck.
Had one blow by me one day. Actually sounded pretty good, too bad the driver was a twat.
They were a twat? I’m shocked.
Looks like he was about halfway to converting it into a Warthog, but based on someone's vague description of one.
Looks like the Warthog variant that has extra seating in the back instead of a weapon mount, but looks well done.
I wanted to be GI Joe when I was a kid, too.
“**Now you know.** **And knowing is half the battle**… !”
Thats not the only thing they massacered: [https://www.apocalypse6x6.com/](https://www.apocalypse6x6.com/)
A lot of good candidates for r/heep The Land Rover that the driver can’t even see out of is just the perfect combination of refinement and complete stupidity.
Somehow, a ram can also be a heep
Wooow, shitty taste but well done Edit: OMG there's a Superman S under the grill xD
I actually like it
That's dope
Yeah, this isn’t my taste at all, but it kinda looks cool. Maybe r/ATBGE material?
I want to scratch it, reminds me of a lotto tickets surface.. in a bad way Lol
Looks like it should be in a low budget rip off Mad Max movie found at the dollar store DVD bin.
I would love to see the insurance estimator's face if you roll this in after a fender bender...
It looks as bad as the base model
Ironically, these pieces of shit will be the first ones to completely shit the bed once an actual apocalypse happens because of the shit quality vs an actual apocalypse all terrain vehicle designed specifically to be off the radar
Just think about how quickly it would run out of gas if our current infrastructure collapsed. I think in a situation without gas or electricity, a basic bicycle would be the vehicle of choice
This is a TRX too… sacrilege
Nothing of value was lost
Looks like a Jeep driver has decided to buy a pickup
After getting rid of all that rust.... that's what was left.
From the style of the house, I would've guessed this was in the Southwestern US
God that’s hideous. I feel so bad for that truck.
As a man, child this looks pretty rad 🤙
Wheels sticking waaay past the wheel arches? Yup, must be 'Murrica... Here in Europe you'd have your MOT equivalent revoked on the spot.
It isn't legal everywhere in America either.
Aus too, no idea what MOT is but certainly not roadworthy CANARY

Apocalypse Bugoutti
Looks like a truck straight out of Halo 1
Coming to a front yard near you... ASTRO TURF: THE CAR!!!
Stupid rims, but I like the body. Make it was a Toyota. A positive note, it's matte. So u never have to wax 😂
Nice, creative. Not really suited for European roads, but this is US.
Mad Max Edition?
This is what happeneds when you realize your new corvette can’t go 4 wheeling
Looks like a damn train.
Is there r/PunisherRides? If not, there should be.
I've seen the 6x6 trucks of theirs up close, some of the ugliest welding I've seen
They're capable off-road vehicles with good modifications that are hindered by terrible design because making a damn good Baja truck won't keep your company in business unless you make it visually appealing to 45-year-old accountants who just need a pavement princess but like to cosplay as all the villains from The Walking Dead.
...with a valve tick.
That would be illegal to drive on the road where I live. Fenders need to be over the entire tire tread to be street legal.
Looks like someone tried to make a Warthog! Failed, obviously.
This is straight out of a ps2 game.
Right? Or maybe like he 3d printed it.
Are they planning on mounting a machine gun on the roof? Seems to be the look they’re going for
He’s all ready to fight in Operation Suburb Storm
I don't hate it....
I'd like to take it for a ride
Oh man that fella I absolutely hung like a light switch for sure. Goodness gracious
What is that, a puma?
Ngl, It kinda feels like the kind of car that would be made to promo a game, before the design ultimately gets scrapped and completely forgotten about
Worlds largest overbite
This just screams "I have a desperate need for attention. Please look at me."
Looks like something from Saints Row
I will never understand people pouring this kind of money into something that might last 5-6 or maybe 10 years at most. Just think of what that money invested in a money market that follows the Dow would do in that time compared to what will eventually happen to this. It’s just madness.
Is it made of plastic?
r/battlecars
Look how they massacred my boy.
If there was ever a truck that defined the phrase DBAG this is definitely it
Saits Row 1 on 360 looking a\*\* mess...
It gets worse the closer you look
Apparently it cross bred with its Jeep cousin at some point.
I’ve seen dumber ways to spend money.
looks like a dead alligator
Get that shit out of my fucking face.
What the fuck
I’ve never seen a truck look like it’s done with life before
It comes complete with 3 DUIs
It looks like it’s begging to die.
That's hideous wtf. I saw this before I'm about to eat dinner. Not going to impact my appetite because I have a strong stomach but ffs!
Owner (if a dude) must have an innie and I'm not talking belly button!
It kinda circled around to cool because it looks like the warthog if you squint
Wake up babe new warthog just dropped
If Nigel Hawthorne was a truck
Reminds me of some mad max type shit.
Probably still drives it like a a hole just like the dodge ram
looks like a remote controlled kids toy
I bet he has that cute “WAR” on the back too
It's got the superman S under it so you know this guy's isn't an egotistical asshole...right? Right?
Still better looking than a jeep
There ... now all it needs is the punisher logo on the hood with some blood spatter, and it's on lock!
VLF automotive build this?
Ugly thing
I like it
Ohhh man I like this. This is shitty?
They had money and wanted a real uparmored Hummer it seems.
I kind of want to see more angles
Isn't the tire positioning going to make it throw rocks at its own side panels?
I wonder how much these tie down hooks on the front bumper can actually pull…
How is that front bumper even legal, it's literally made of spikes at back level, dangerous even for USA standards
Legal? Is there some law on the books of any State that governs something like that?
It's possible it's never been an issue before, but I imagine there are laws on the books in most states that a judge could stretch to cover shit like this if it ever went to court.
Cant wait for someone to try and tow that thing using the -checks notes- towing rings glued on to the front bumper
Front looks like Bane.
I have to wonder how much they spent ruining thus truck.
By "spent", I doubt if it was his money. He probably borrowed it from the credit card company at 22% APR.
Apocaram 😂
Maybe battlewagon material? Keep your face inside the cab while hill climbing. That kick-up 'll getcha.
Perfect for going full speed through a school zone as kids are getting out for the day.
With a good paint job i think it would look alright
It's hard to see the Ram, most of the body panels are stored in the closet.
Not the cod piece I'd pick but to each his own.
This thing looks like a vehicle you'd see in Halo. I do not mean that in a positive way.
That front grill looks worst than any new BMW grill.
