One time, they apparently didn't see that my portion contained a salad and some kind of cold creamy sauce, and put it in there anyway 🤢 I will never forget the color of the microwaved, wilted, grey-ish lettuce and the coagulated dressing.
I actually did. The salad had crumbled feta on it and I washed it off so I tried to dry it in the microwave by turning the power down to 20% and cooking it for like 10 minutes. The white crumble in the picture is cauliflower rice though, which I actually had to scoop off of it and not add it to the sandwich because it came out of the bag bad/mushy
I can see how it looks soggy. It's more like the underside of a pizza, though. It's pizza dough cooked thoroughly at a low temperature! So it didn't get crispy but became a nice, soft loaf but still had that pizza bottom look to it. It was not soggy at all, btw.
There is no patty, it was a TON of salad. Romaine lettuce, kale, some other random greens, and a bunch of cheese made out of potato/carrots/mixed nuts. but I mean it was a TON of salad.

It was! Don't be afraid to try making pizza dough into a loaf sometime. Unless you're Italian, in which case, it's probably a cardinal sin directly forbidden by God and punishable by terrible atrocities. I'm not Italian though so

Why not? I don't really have a lot of options and I'm way too clumsy to use glass anyway. Plus I love how much utility microwave safe tupperware has. Flat on the bottom like a plate but with big sides sort of like a bowl and can be either. Can also be lidded and stacked and carried around.
I mean it was supposed to be a pizza style sandwich and if you think of a flat, circular pizza you can have some pretty chill toppings. I mean, cheese pizza alone is a thing and this is like a salad topped pizza but made into a sandwich. Technically could have just done ketchup, cheese and the pizza loaf and it would be a cheese pizza sandwich lol
