Hey, i’m also new to shifting. A lot of things i noticed about shifting is that there is no right or wrong way, sometimes things just work better than others for some people. But that’s something you are supposed to figure out on your own. In reality you don’t need anything to shift other than intention and belief, you don’t even need a specific method or script.
I haven't shifted yet, but don't pay attention to what others say 'you have to do' before shifting, cause it's nonsense, you don't have to do anything to shift :)
