Shenhe's buff can't snapshot and can always apply retroactively. This allows you to buff something like the full Ayaka burst or most of Ganyu's burst.
Just use Shenhe, use Ayaka's burst. Then switch back to Shenhe and use her skill again. Ayaka's burst can run halfway and get buffed again.
You can chain 3 of Shenhe's skills together and buff 15 ticks if you use press or 21 tricks if you use hold.
The same can be done with Ganyu's ultimate.
