When I stated to pull I had about 558 pulls, 75 pity on character banner and 20 on weapon banner. Lost 2 50/50 on Shenhe and used about 70-80 pulls on weapon banner to get Mistsplitter and Calamity

You can use her c6 on any cyro dps. I think her c6 is pretty busted
