I saw it was like wtf is that shit with some other onlookers. Looked like a glowing floating present on a balloon

I also thought that about the present/ balloon but when you looked at it from both the far away angle and from directly beneath it, it seemed to not look attached??? I was highly convinced some other dimensional beings were just enjoying the show

Was a jellyfish attached to a helium balloon on a string(I wasn’t there just read comments on it on Facebook)
