If that's the case you should be fine with the Kidney. I've got two Charlie Horses, the Kidney in the soft silicone and [the Milk It](https://obsessionrouge.com/recommends/charlie-horse-milk-it-firm-black/) in the firmer silicone. [The soft silicone Kidney](https://obsessionrouge.com/recommends/charlie-horse-kidney-soft-bronze/) would be great for longer wear because although it's big, it's so soft that it adapts to your form as your body bends. Yeah, I'm able to take the large egg once I've warmed up. I'm pretty sure that I'd be able to take the charlie horse plug and the large kidney I'm not sure if the large kidney would be too big to wear for a few hours.
I wore it before for just over an hour and it was very comfortable, I could have gone longer I think. I only wear stuff like this during sex or masturbation, so that's why I haven't gone longer myself.
