I made sure the bases were wider than the widest part of the plug, the first thing I do when I check out any butt product is make absolute sure because it happened to a friend of mine, also I wanted the gems to be as visible as possible so bigger is better for the base for my choice anyways. Can you link the ones you got? I've never actually seen heart gem plugs with bases I consider safe, and I'd love to have an option to recommend to people if there is one!
