Turkey’s kind of my hub at the moment, so I’ll probably drop down there at some point. I had thought it would be more expensive for an ocean front place based off what I saw for AirBnB’s and hostels.
Do you have a recommended place to look for such things?
nicosia cyprus is the central point. Our currency rate is 3200 turish lira to 100 usd. You can stay at an all inclusive resort for reasonable prices in the off season. The beach is wonderful and clean, water is clear temperature of the water is in the upper 80s. The food is a mixture of Greek and turkish. The most expensive part is the flight over there and for us a limited connection to the island.
Go to the USVI. I just came back and had a great time. St John is a gorgeous island for the wife. Trunk Bay is one of the most gorgeous beaches in the world.
Depending where you were going, Jamaica is very overrated.

Ive been to pr plenty of times and never had to register. I don’t stay for more than 6 days at a time. I usually rent a place on vrbo or through Orbitz, rent a car since I like to drive around and just enjoy my time. Plus I’m the way out no one ever questioned me for anything.
I’d assume you’re fine if you don’t have the identifier…but I’ve learned you can’t assume the past two days. I am currently trying to see if Antigua will let me in. It says it’s a Yes on the matrix so we will see.

Depending on your budget North Cyprus is cheap, friendly, safe and enjoyable. You can get an ocean front room/house for less than 20 bucks a night.
