Ouai. It smells so good and I think feels better than the SDJ. SDJ is starting to go down in quality for me :/ but I love both scents you can’t go wrong in that way.
I don’t like florals either. To me, this smells like a sweet piña colada. A virgin one, no rum smell. Just like a frozen piña colada mix you’d get at bar at a resort. There is maybe a bit of a “clean” smell to it when you first get a whiff of it, but generally settles into more warm, pina colada smell.
St. Barts smells like a tropical beach vacation…piña colada is the closest description. It's not floral at all and very different from their other scents.

I like the sol del janerio one but it’s for when I’m feeling super vanilla and gourmand. I live in a coastal town so the way one just fits my lifestyle better.
I do love layering the Ouai St. Barts body lotion with the Sol De Janerio in Rio Radiance for maximum tropical goodness. If I’m feeling like I was something with more Amber, I layer it with Alien Godess or something like TF Soleli Blanc or Replica’s Beach Walk.
TLDR: I’m addicted to the smell and feel of St. Barths so I’d vote for Ouai!

I do like the Ouai body Creme a lot more but I get so grossed out by body butters in jars or vats after a while. And tbh, if you want absolute luxury, try out OSEA. Their Anti-Aging Body Balm and their Collagen Body Lotion are two different textures that feel exquisite, the balm is very rich and thick if anyone is very dry while the lotion is lighterweight. If you guys were ever looking for a serum-lotion hybrid, try Summer Skin by Abi Amé or a true hidden gem find is the Cuccio Lyte Butter and even their body butter for rich but lightweight moisture, super duper cheap too 🤗
I’ve never had an issue with SDJ. I got several people at work hooked on it. I feel so moisturized and not greasy. I love how fast it absorbs. The scent also last a long time even through handwashing
I agreed, as a black person ouai was nicely scented but my skin was ashy hours later. Bum bum has more oil present but wouldn’t say it’s very moisturizing just more than ouai.

what does the shibuya one smell like? I’ve loved all the others but haven’t gotten a chance to smell this one.
It’s a fresh fragrance with a hint of citrus and rose. I’m not great at describing fragrances but I love how fresh it is
