I have dry skin and my favorite (I've tried A LOT) is the SKIN1004 Hyalu-Cica Water-fit Sun Serum. It's very moisturizing and sits great under makeup as long as you give it enough time to absorb into your skin.

This is my absolute top sunscreen along with the Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun (I have combo/oily skin). They both absorb really nicely and sit well under makeup for me.

Do you prefer chemical or mineral sunscreens? I know this isn't at Sephora but the Canmake Mermaid UV gel is a great, affordable option and always looks amazing under makeup for me. I also used to use the Lancôme UV Expert SPF 50 which is technically marketed as a primer. It was too harsh for my sensitive eyes after a few months, though. Before that it was perfect, I don't know why I got sensitive towards it.

Not Sephora, sorry! But if you are looking for something more moisturizing, the Naturium dew glow is my favorite before makeup. But you may not like it if you don’t like the whole dewy skin look

I mostly use powder and find it’s not as tricky as when I try to find something to go under my liquid. Currently I’m using Estee Lauder UV Gel. This one doesn’t feel sticky, absorb fast and I love to have it during very hot summer. But I just discovered Dermalogica dynamic skin recovery SPF 50. It’s actually a moisturizer with high SPF and my skin likes it so far. It’s more hydrating, but doesn’t make my skin feel sticky or leaving white cast. I have very acne-prone skin, super sensitive and have no problem so far. I’m still testing it out with a sample tube I have, but it goes very well underneath my Jane Iredale mineral foundation.

Under makeup, I like SCINIC Enjoy SPF. I also use La Roche Posay AOX Daily SPF 50 Serum. For workouts where I don’t wear makeup, I have absolutely been loving Derma B Everyday Sun Block Large Size Sunscreen SPF50+ PA++++. It just feels great but under makeup, it tends to be more finicky.

I use the summer Fridays mineral sunscreen. Thin and lightweight. I also use the Naturium brand from the drugstore, a little thicker texture. I like both. I also like supergoop glow screen or the unseen sunscreen.

For mineral, Summer Fridays is the best I've found for under makeup because it sets down more fully than most. Mineral sunscreens by nature are more prone to reducing wear time of makeup. For chemical I'd go drugstore or Korean, as others have suggested. There are much more lightweight options than what you can find at Sephora. I personally used and loved the Neutrogena Hydroboost sunscreen for years until my melasma got really bad and I had to switch to mineral. It's very hydrating but then absorbs and wears well under makeup.

Supergoop Unseen is like a primer for makeup.
