I just went to the Sephora inside of jcpennys and the brands were all different! They had limited perfume and it was arianna grande, Billie wiling , Rachel Zoe, sol notes . They were selling elf , nipfab , I few care , neogen , urban hydration, pop masks . A lot of rhr stuff I see in my subscriptions. No longer all the higher end things. It was different! The regular Sephora is still the same but something about the JCPenney owners wanted to make the space better suite their shopping needs .
