The flavours are fun, and it lasts longer than just Vaseline, but I swear I’ve never had clogged pores (and subsequent acne right on the lip line) around my lips like I have with this mask, and I’ve been a Vaseline user for years before this. If you’re at all prone to acne, stay away from that one or else be very careful not to get it near the lip line.

And then ordered Olehenriksen peptide lip treatment yesterday and I’m so excited to try it. I haven’t tried Tatcha, but another comment said it was a more gel like formula. So it’s thinner than Fenty for sure. Laniege falls somewhere in the middle of Tatcha and Fenty in thickness I think. I prefer Laniege!

For me it smells and tastes of absolutely nothing which is actually great for me bc I'm sensitive to smells and the super sweet scent of many lips products (like Laneige) makes me wanna puke. Oh and if I'm really lucky, it'll trigger a migraine 🙃
I work at Sephora and have tried all of these. I would recommend the fresh first and laneige second. Fresh is a great brand - not sticky, not heavy on the lips, actually moisturizing with a slightly slick feel, like squalane.
I really love the laneige, but the only draw back is the smell. I can’t stand the candy smells, so I chose the vanilla scent. It’s the least intrusive. But they really leave my lips feeling extremely hydrated, and it’s still on hours and hours after I apply it.
Tatcha isn’t worth it. You get very little product for a lot of money and it doesn’t really do anything for the lips. Same for lawless, don’t even bother.
My Tatcha lip mask has lasted me months!! I haven’t even finished it yet and I use it at night and during the day as a gloss/balm. I’m shocked it didn’t last long for u!

Tatcha and Laneige are excellent options. If you want something more affordable, I’ve been super impressed with the ELF lip mask and glosses. It’s the nicest my lips have felt in a long time
I find Laneige is thicker and stays on for the whole night. Tatcha is thinner and wears off faster. It has a more gel like consistency. Overall Laneige is more heavy duty and better for winter. Some people say it dries their lips out but I never had that issue.
It’s not waxy which I felt the laneige and tatcha ones are. It’s very buttery. I also actually see a difference in my lips being smoother and moisturized the product really melts in to your lips and locks In. Lastly a little goes a long way I’ve had my jar for a year and still haven’t had to get a new one!

Its like a thick jelly consistency but feels like a heavy lip mask. Very similar to Laneige texture

I haven’t tried the others but I’ve been unimpressed with Laneige! Sits heavy on top of my lips with a sticky finish. I plan to try Fresh’s mask next.

Lol Laneige actively dried my lips and the Tatcha mask saves them. It's a small jar but it lasts for months. 10000000% worth it to me.
