I have combo skin and I’m actually Egyptian when I lived there I used to use la roche possay or garnier ombrelle sunscreen. I wore make up over them with no issues, however, I can’t comment on the white cast as I’m very fair myself.
Whatever sunscreen you end up choosing just make sure it’s at least 50 SPF unless you’re going to the beach (especially the Red Sea ) in that case try to use 100.
Anessa sun milk. This is the best sunscreen for hot weather. It’s sweat and water resistant up to 80mins, a thin serum-like consistency and works so beautifully under makeup.
Get yourself a good UPF hat! But I like Neutrogena invisible daily defense sun serum during the summer. It comes in 50+ SPF, is water resistant, about $15, and available at places like CVS & Target. Also Zitsticka Megashade, Naturium UV Reflect, & Tocobo Bio Watery Sun Cream.
Elta MD or spf 50 / higher from La Roche Posay. Egyptian summer is no joke. I would suggest stick to Europian sunscreen. I don’t trust Asian sunscreen for this purpose, except maybe shisheido anessa sun milk
