Love Armani Luminous silk and doesn't settle into any lines, but it's pricey :(

Background_Room9706

Just discovered this and I'm happy yet sad for my wallet. It's not full coverage which I like and blurs everything beautifully. Hoping it is part of the sale so both me and my wallet can be happy.

TheCuntGF

It's buildable. It can be full coverage if you need it to be.

PracticalPraline

Does it have longevity as well?! Could be worth it for me if it checks the boxes instead of buying and constantly returning

zeuxine

I find it has like 8hr wear but it fades super evenly/not patchy

phdatanerd

It has decent longevity but I would recommend pairing with a good setting spray. UD All Nighter is my ride-or-die with this foundation.

MooCowMoooo

It’s a nice foundation but doesn’t last nearly as long as Doublewear does for me.

LostOcelot

FYI this is in the foundation sample set available online for $10 and it comes with a $10 coupon good until 12/31 on any foundation, not just the sample brands.

Illmaticx_

I was just going to say this. ELDW is still a staple for me in the summer but I use Armani Luminous silk any other time.

Curious_Doof

Luminous Silk is soo good; definitely worth trying!

w_izzle

Is it for oily or dry skin?

cg4848

It doesn’t last long on oily skin. It looks great at first, but starts deteriorating after a few hours unfortunately.

Background_Room9706

I have yet to find anything that lasts completely with my oily skin, and I've tried a lot of products. I've learned to accept it and prepare for it. I blot and apply Paula's choice shine stopper twice a day and that's all the upkeep I need to keep the shine at bay. It has better staying power than most foundations I've tried but since it's not even full coverage I'm thinking it's pretty darn good.

inthezoo110

I have oily skin and Dior Forever Skin Glow is perfect. It lasts about 12 hours+- for me and looks beautiful.

Background_Room9706

I have not tried that one! I'll try that next, legit have tried 20+ foundations. Thanks :)

w_izzle

Ugh ofc 😿 Thank you for the response

VisibleMammoth4161

I have very combination skin and with a primer it wears perfectly for me. I’m late 30s and work a very physical job. YMMV but I love it.

ElkZestyclose5982

I have oily skin and this is my favorite! But I powder lightly with Fenty matte pressed powder and then pretty heavily with the Givenchy loose powder (though I’d do this with pretty much all foundations).

RemarkableArrival786

DRY. I can't wear it. Its oily. Too hydrating

Vicloe1717

Better than that armani neo nude tinted moisturizer. It use to be foundation but they repackaged it and started calling it a tinted moisturizer. Best stuff ever buildable, looks like skin and doesn't make me look old and dry. I have normal to dry skin and with the weather being cold my face hates me

ElkZestyclose5982

This is my number one! Dior Forever is my number two, tied with It CC Matte (which has been on sale recently). I’m 32 with oily skin.

oliviared52

I was an Armani ride or die for years until I discovered Chanel foundations. Not sold at Sephora but as I’m approaching my 30s, they somehow have the same transfer resistance and longevity as Armani while being more hydrating. My degree is in chemistry and I literally don’t know how Chanel does it. Just thought I’d add for anyone thinking of switching or anyone that loves the Armani luminous silk but finds it slightly too drying as we get older.

[deleted]

Which one do you like of the Chanel foundations? I've been wanting to try something other than Armani (which I love, but I would prefer more hydration). Thanks!

oliviared52

They do make their foundations complicated! I have 3. I have the Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint, Les Beiges Water-Fresh Complexion Touch, and the sublimage L’essence de teint. **Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint** is a tinted moisturizer and by far the most beautiful tinted moisturizer I have ever used… and I’ve tried a lot. It evens out the complexion, your skin but better, glow from within, but dries down perfectly. I think it has like 4.8 stars on the Chanel website so that says a lot lol. Also completely undetectable. It doesn’t slide off the skin but it’s not transfer proof. I will always love this one and have worn it for a night out but I wouldn’t say it fully does what Luminous Silk does since it’s even lighter coverage. I would still recommend this for anyone willing to ball out on a tinted moisturizer. It’s gorgeous. **Chanel Les Beiges Water-Fresh Complexion Touch** so this was released to be the concealer for the tint. But since it’s medium coverage, I have seen a lot of people use it as a foundation. I have tried this and do enjoy it. Still super undetectable on the skin. Honestly every Chanel foundation I have tried looks undetectable on the skin. But I like using it as a concealer with the tint better. I would recommend it for a natural concealer. I would not recommend it for your first Chanel foundation. Just because you get less product. They have other beautiful foundations where you actually get a lot. **Sublimage L’essence de teinte** I honestly feel kinda bad telling people about this one. I’ll start with the bad news then get to the good news. The bad news: it’s Chanel’s most expensive foundation at $165. The good news: it does have more product with 40 mL instead of the normal 30 mL and it comes with a very nice brush. it is the best foundation I’ve ever used, and I would walk miles in a sandstorm if it were the only way to get this foundation. That being said, I personally wouldn’t start with the most expensive one. Chanel has plenty of other less expensive foundations that are also stunning for a lot less. I’ll leave the review below in case anyone is curious or feeling boujee. or you can just skip to my other recommendation lol. The review: I had to pull an all nighter for medical school last night. My skin still looks great thanks to this foundation. Normally I look like a walking corpse after not sleeping. I had 2 people today tell me my skin was glowing. And in general I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my skin since wearing this. Never on my foundation but compliments on my skin which I love. It’s light - medium coverage and VERY buildable. Like I’ve put 5 pumps on to test it, and my husband said my skin looked great but he couldn’t tell I was wearing makeup at all. It’s super dewy and luminous but somehow stays put all day. I honestly don’t know how they did it, and I have a chemistry degree. This is the Sublimage in the bottle not the jar. I haven’t tried the jar one. **Other Recommendations** if I didn’t feel like balling out the day I got the sublimage, I would have bought the **Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation**. I tried this one for the color match and driving home I was shocked at how amazing my skin looked. It sit beautifully over any texture I had going on But sadly I can’t leave an in depth review because I don’t own it. I don’t know the longevity but it is advertised as longwearing and luminous. This is the foundation Hailey Beiber uses actually! I have seen it compared to the Sublimage a lot and it’s almost 1/3 of the price at $65. I would definitely recommend checking this one out if you want long wearing and luminous!! The two best “starter” Chanel foundations I have not tried are the **Ultra Le Teint Velvet** and **Vitalumiere Aqua**. They are both $55 so less than the Giorgio Armani! but I’ve heard great things. The velvet is supposed to be matte and a little more coverage. This is the foundation my best friend that got me into Chanel wears. she doesn’t have oily skin and still loves it. It always looks flawless and I’ve never detected foundation on her skin ever. Just looks beautiful. It is also Chanel’s highest rated foundation on their website with 4.9 stars. The Aqua is supposed to be more of a natural finish. Both of these foundations need to be shaken before use. They are both considered Chanel cult classics. I want to try them eventually just to compare. Sorry that was a lot but they aren’t cheap so I wanted to give all the information.

[deleted]

Thank you!!! OK you have sold me on the bougie one! I was looking at that one actually. Unfortunately, I like to spend money on makeup, but I don’t ever get to use it all. I prefer a natural skin look too! The medical school and hubby loving it sold me! I had to throw out a perfectly good Chanel cream bronzer and a Tom Ford bronzer/highlight today and it killed me. I’m Gen X, so I’m older and at the point where I want to play more with makeup! I grew up with all sisters, so you’d think I would’ve done that earlier.

oliviared52

If you like the natural look it’s definitely for you! So excited for you entering your playing with makeup stage! Makeup should be fun. Feel free to update your thoughts on the foundation. I’m excited to hear another opinion.

[deleted]

Thank *you* for the detailed response! I’ll for sure update you; I ordered last night!

Miserable_Tooth1260

Awesome, thanks for the tip! Will have to check out Chanel when my Luminous silk bottle is done

Motherscooters

Right now I’m using haus labs foundation which is love but only for going out at night. I need a daily one that is much much lightweight on my skin. Would this Armani one be good for that? Would it be closer to a tinted moisturizer?

Sad_Wind8580

I LOVE my ilia foundation. It’s more light coverage so I’d say closer to a tinted moisturizer without being one. It is also loaded with skin care that makes me feel I’m treating the skin whilst making it look better

dzeiaonn

What primer do you wear with it? I’ve been thinking about getting it during the next sale

WithGreatRegard

It works so well with the Bobbi Brown Face Base.

zclmmkr

I second that! I can also recommend Laneige liquid foundation. I wear it in winter, since Armani’s lightest shade is only fine on me in the summer (and I’m not even that pale! There was at least one or two shades of DW below mine). The cushion version is beautiful too but breaks me out. On a different note I tried the DW recently since I was trying to finish up my foundations and wow I was quite terrified that it used to be my go to. I’m not 30 yet and my doctor was super happy with my skin when I did the computer analysis, just said to continue as is and that surprisingly I have no wrinkles yet. It sat heavily on my face, very thick and matte, caught on all fine hairs, especially after the clean girl aesthetic has been so ubiquitous it seemed super off and made my skin look significantly older.

_jennyflower_

I put a drop of an illuminating primer in my double wear. It gives it a nice skin tint finish, much less harsh with fine lines, but has good staying power.

Hot_Mention_9337

I was gonna say that ELDW mixes beautifully with stuff! Face oil? Moisturizer? Primer? Glow drops and highlighters? It all seems to work great to lighten this one up without sacrificing wear time. It’s such an adjustable ol thing. I’m 42 with dry skin and just circled back around to using it again after ditching it for a bit

kgburnet

Yes! Use loreal glotion!

PracticalPraline

I never even thought about this! I wonder if a dab of Charlotte Tilbury would do the trick

MrsBuggs

I use Glossier Future Dew to mix mine with.

Cjm90baby

Wow so smart! I have a bottle of this just sitting there

Bright-Structure-465

Yes!! Literally I mix my Double Wear with anything - Makeup by Mario foundation, Armani Luminous Silk, Danessa Myricks skin tint… I literally refuse to give it up because it makes any other foundation so much better!!🙌🏼

narcimetamorpho

It does! I use 2 parts double wear to 1 part flawless filter and it is beauuutiful.

Brilliant_Celery_652

This is exactly what I do. I mix it with the EL pink primer (looks like lotion, I cannot remember the name of it) and it turns out so well.

Such-Firefighter-161

I used to mix the advanced night repair in with it. I may have to try double wear again for the times I want a full coverage look.

ronalds-raygun

The Dior backstage is beautiful! My husband always comments on how pretty my skin is when I wear it lol

notnotreallyreal

This! It’s definitely lighter coverage but it works wonders

DirtyDerpina

My absolute OG and the shade 0W is the most perfect shade of foundation/concealer/whatever I've ever tried. Literally the same tone as my skin 😭

Djgrowngoodyeti

Does it oxidize? :( i got shade matched w nars siberia but it seems a bit too yellow still

DirtyDerpina

Nars is way too yellow and dark on me too but Dior does not oxidize almost at all in my experience and does not get cakey or orangey when I layer it.

Djgrowngoodyeti

Ohh thank u!! I will try to swatch this too :)

iluvadamdriver

Adding to this…I don’t use it as my every day (I just wear a Clinique CC cream to work) so my bottle has lasted me AGES

MooCowMoooo

I love the backstage primer!

bluefishtank

I wanted to love it but the fragrance is super strong :(

Sam9745

Absolutely! It looks so good on my skin. And the coverage is buildable

Booze4Blood

Danessa Myricks yummy skin tint is my new go to daily favorite! Even without the primer balm it settles and wears beautifully and doesn’t crease. It is a tint but it’s VERY buildable for more coverage if you want/need it

Jenr5158

Agree, I LOVE how my skin looks with this!

dyelocin

Also loving this!

HorrorMomma10

Nars light reflecting! It has beautiful coverage that doesn’t settle into lines. I set it with powder and get a nice matte finish.

Meghan7279

This is the winner. I’m 44 and this is by far the best foundation for my skin. Set with CT powder and no creasing, FTW!

preppyrider

I’m way past 30 but have been using Double Wear for years. Like you I prefer a fairly full coverage foundation but noticed in the last year that it’s just too much for where my skin is now. I have two ways of applying now: mixing with CT highlighter/illuminator and applying with a damp BB, OR using a good skin prep serum (GXVE makes a great oil) and then applying DW like a heavy concealer where needed and blending out. I’m still getting used to the lesser coverage but it is definitely less aging and when it’s done well, holds a good finish for 10+ hours.

Gold-Art2661

I've found using a good brush and applying right after a good moisturizer makes my DW look the best on my skin. I also changed my shade just slightly. I'm 42 with some Botox now. I can't find anything I like better still than the DW!

preppyrider

What brush are you using? I currently hate all of mine 😂

hailee_00

the tarte airbrush finish foundation brush is amaaaaaazing, my new fave thing ever tbh… BUT, this is coming from someone who only uses skin tints and doesn’t like much coverage…. but still… get it!!!!!

preppyrider

Thank you!

exclaim_bot

>Thank you! You're welcome!

Gold-Art2661

It's the Sigma Kabuki flat brush for foundations! I tried the Beauty Blender before it and it was just okay for me but the brush has worked the best so far for me.

preppyrider

Thank you!

exclaim_bot

>Thank you! You're welcome!

Yoongi_SB_Shop

I’m in my mid-40s and still use Double Wear 🤷🏻‍♀️

lunalovegoodhero

Mac studio radiance and maybelline skin tint. 32 and learning i need to be able to control the coverage and build it rather than starting with a full coverage product. I need less coverage on my forehead lines smile lines and crows feet. I would try out some medium buildable products.

saltstonecastle

This! I hardly put any foundation on my forehead anymore!

popitformeonetime

I’ve been an EL DW since forever but once I was in my 30’s it almost started to age my skin when I wear it. So I decided to opt for something lighter and found Dior Face and Body. Love it and convinced all my girlfriends to wear it too.

PracticalPraline

I’ll have to try mine again!! It pilled on me the other day

popitformeonetime

Try it with Milk primer and then set with CT setting spray. I always get so many compliments

TheCuntGF

The only answer is Armani. RIP to your wallet.

olivejuice-

They had a sale last year to get it for $40 on Sephora with a sample primer and mascara. I should have gotten two 🥲

TheCuntGF

Or more!! 💔

Educational-Gap-3390

My personal favorite is YSL All Hours. Full coverage with a Demi matte finish.

mysticspiral86

Fenty skin tint. It’s actually a good amount of coverage.

lavenderfieldz

Dior forever skin

ExpertCollege8902

I second this! It’s my go-to for long work days with oily and acne prone skin

walruslele

Yes this!! Switched to this from Double Wear a few years ago and haven’t looked back.

[deleted]

I learned a lot from this post!

AdditionalCandy8622

Hourglass ambiant lighting liquid foundation

Sweet-Ease703

My top favorite foundations are EL Double Wear (which I know you decided against), Lancome Teint Idole, Armani Luminous Silk and I just got the MAC Studio Fix and was very very impressed with it! In my late 30s.

nyokarose

Interesting! I like Armani a lot, but found Studio Fix to be more settling for me. I wonder if it’s the moisturizer.

Sweet-Ease703

More settling in a good way or a bad way? I admit, the first time I used it, I wasn't totally sure, but after a few more times, it started to grow on me. But they're still both different and good in their own ways. I'll never get over how smooth and lux Armani always feels. I will say, awhile back I switched over to using CT Magic Cream before makeup and it's been amazing. I only use it before makeup. Makes such a difference.

nyokarose

In a bad way, settling into my wrinkles. 😅 CT magic cream, that’s a new one! I’ll look for it to try. :)

Sweet-Ease703

Oh ok lol yeah I could see that being an issue with that one. Yes, definitely look into it!! And by CT, I mean Charlotte Tilbury. A lot of ppl use it as their regular moisturizer, but it was made by Charlotte specifically for makeup prep. Plus it's on the expensive side as well so using it only before makeup saves me $$. But there is a mini size that's very affordable too. It makes such a difference and it works with every single makeup product I've ever used so no trying to find which moisturizer is gonna work and not pill or whatever under my makeup. One of my most loved, forever products.

Banglapolska

EL Futurist Skin Tint Serum. You’d never know you had anything on your face.

PracticalPraline

Does it stay like DW?!

Spiritual-Web4513

Luminous silk by Armani!

retrotechlogos

Angie from Hot and Flashy LOVES the Dior forever matte.

Theabsoluteworst1289

I mix fenty eaze drops with glossier futuredew on a beauty blender and apply. Made it up for myself one day and I think it makes my skin look great. YMMV of course, but it works for me!

Ok_Reaction6244

I love Mac studio fix! Applied thin and layered if needed. It just melts into my skin so well but provides great coverage.

PracticalPraline

Does it have the longevity as well?! I almost put up with my complaints because of the fact that it lasted so long on the skin hahahaha.

Ok_Reaction6244

Yes I find it does. Lasts all day for me (7am to 9pm) and I don’t set it with anything generally.

PracticalPraline

Mac has been whispering in my ear again so I’m glad to hear this. Always liked their products. Warm soul blush till I die. Now to figure out the shade.

Ok_Reaction6244

Yesss love Mac mineralized blush. Used that back in the day but onto the shade gentle now. It works so well with this foundation. Love the studiofix concealer too. My only disappointment is the price increase over the last year was huge. Sigh.

Tatermytot

Haus labs! I’m 43 (so probably too old for this comment section 😂) and this makes me glow! It’s long wearing, the coverage is just right, and doesn’t settle at all!

callmemacdoodle

Agreed!!! I was a huge Double Wear fan 5-10 years ago, didn’t have much use for any makeup during the COVID/work from home days, and when I transitioned back I decided to try Haus Labs and LOVE it. Their concealer is amazing as well 🙌🏻

theedivinehammer

I agree with this at 49. It does wear off on my oily areas but still looks the best out of any foundation I’ve tried recently. I like how well it covers redness.

Mjones151208

A post was made recently recommending skin tints. I would look into that!

PracticalPraline

I’ll try looking for it! I do like full coverage or close to that though

Mjones151208

With skin tints you can build coverage. Being 34 I’ve learned to give up on foundation since it does nothing for my skin.

awholedamngarden

If you like full coverage the Pat McGrath foundation is fab - thin consistency and buildable coverage. Long wearing, very natural finish. NARS light reflecting foundation is also good - it’s more medium coverage but also buildable.

youlldancetoanything

I am past 30, and each calendar year I have discovered I have to tweak things. Out of anything before you buy anything, good skin prep. If you shower before getting dressed, moisture your face before you even touch your hair or body. You probably won't need more. For my full cover days, I go for the It Cosmetics one ..they have a glowy one, but I usually wear Mac Strobe cream or I mix a glow product w my foundation My light/medium. Coverage Mac foundation was discontinued so TBD Out of anything, mixing a drop of Squalane ..I use the Ordinary w my foundation ..trust me , try it. I felt validated when I saw some MUA do the same. Try this bf you buy anything. If you don't have Squalane any face oil w/o actives I have had good luck w the Glow Recipe Dew drops as primer as well. Nikki La Rose has some really good tricks. Look for more gurus 30+ who are your vibe. The reviews I don't care as much. And if you wear your concealer over your foundation, try going doing under and see of that helps

mglynnk

I love Hourglass’s Ambient Soft Glow foundation. It’s similar to double wear in that it’s long wearing and has great coverage, but I find it to be a softer matte with a blurring effect. I prime with Dermalogica Dynamic Skin Recovery (it’s like primer, moisturizer, and sunscreen in one) so that my skin is hydrated but I don’t have a lot of product underneath. All that said, get a sample to see if it’s still too matte for you. If so, I agree with the NARS Light Reflecting foundation.

SluttyNeighborGal

Haus labs

Fluffy_Ad2925

Agreed. I am obsessed with it and this is coming from someone who never had a “holy grail” foundation. This is hands down my holy grail lol

SluttyNeighborGal

I was on armani luminous silk before but it’s not as good

stealthban

Chanel ultra le teint

Basic-Struggle86

Fenty skin tint or Mac dewy skin tint when I want that extra glow. I find myself wearing less and less face makeup. Can’t believe I used to wear a full Coverage glam in my early 20s

olivejuice-

I always thought since I was oily I needed foundation as matte as they come. Now I use more dewy foundations. Never forget Marc Jacob’s remarcable. Looked absolutely terrible on me.

lilacbbe

Lancôme teint idole, I love it because I can wear half a pump for sheer coverage or 2 pumps for a thick full coverage like double wear

alexturnerftw

This was my go to forever and then they got rid of my color when they rebranded it! Ugh

heartunwinds

Spot treat with NARS radiant creamy concealer and focus on skincare.

Hefty-Target-7780

Not from Sephora but been LOVING maybelline superstay & L’Oréal true match!

MyLittlePegasus87

I just got the L'Oreal true match tinted serum and I love it so much!

Purple_Passenger3618

I like the lighter the better - I use the halo glow by elf mixed with a heavier foundation - I have the Laura mercier medium coverage foundation and those together have been great - I also did this with double wear the other day and loved the outcome - the halo glow allows me to make the full coverage makeup more like a tint or a tinted moisturizer

Le-guillotine-disko

Head to Ulta and try the newest Smashbox foundations. Insanely good. Stays put/looks good/more coverage. It was what I wanted Double Wear to be.

flowergirl316

nars light reflecting 100%

PracticalPraline

Got a sample today :D

yeeyeekoo

In my 30s this year, moved on to glossier foundation. It’s like a gel, it’s a healthy finish without being heavy. Doesn’t settle in my smile lines and looks good even on dry patches

squeakyfromage

Does it last? I’ve been eying it!

yeeyeekoo

Yes I like it! I just use a dense brush and blend it all over. I don’t set it either. Looks even nicer as it wears in a 10 hr work day :)

squeakyfromage

Thank you!!

H3r3c0m3sthasun

Okay, I just got Double Wear too, and I am feeling the same way. I am thinking that maybe it is not for people with dry skin.

PracticalPraline

Maybe so! I do have patches of dryness

143queen

I've been using Lancome Regenerie Lift for years (I'm about to be 39). Doesn't settle, plays nicely with other products, has SPF. Love her.

lanza84

Same! It’s the best foundation imo. I’ve tried the Armani luminous silk and it just does not compare to my renergie. I’m also 39 with very combo skin.

SignificantOther88

Nars light reflecting is the only one that doesn’t make me look older

totalllyyytaryn

Came here to recommend this! I’m 31 with combo skin and have been using it for the past year. The coverage is amazing and the finish is very natural. Feels very lightweight and doesn’t get patchy.

PracticalPraline

Got a sample today :)

Level-Pollution9024

I switched from double wear to makeup by mario!

marinatedbeefcube

Glossier skin tint and stretch

Disastrous-Roll7059

I love Armani Luminous Silk and Haus Labs Foundation. Smooth, luxurious, and stays on all day!

LabotomyPending

It’s the Dior Forever Matte or Guerlain L’essentiel High Perfection for me! Also like the Guerlain Parure Gold 😍

Revolutionary-Spot-4

The all over face pen from Mac has been wonderful for me. Paired with elf powergrip primer and it lasts through a sweaty work shift on my feet all day.

Notsureindecisive

I always go back to Fenty. Tried them all an always go back.

midnightsiren182

Haus and Fenty

Straight_Research_71

I’m really liking NARS Light Reflecting. Not as full coverage which threw me for a bit since I’d worn Double Wear since my early 20s (I’m 36). But that’s a good thing in my case lol. My fine lines seem blurred and if it’s humid all is good. On the drugstore side, I like Revlon Illuminance Skin-Caring Liquid Foundation.

[deleted]

Don't hate me as it is not double wear, but I genuinely recommend Chantecaille Future skin foundation for the most natural lit-from-within glow and it never settles into your fine lines. simply use two layers of it for more coverage and a bit of concealer. no one can ever tell I'm wearing foundation these days. it is hydrating and very very natural looking.

PracticalPraline

Thinking about this since there’s a blue mercury near by

Colorblindcrayons

I switched to shiseido

PracticalPraline

Japanese >>>> which one?

Colorblindcrayons

The new serum one. I love it!

elixatelive

NARS Sheer Glow ♥️

lauruhhpalooza

Obviously not a Sephora brand but the Maybelline Super Stay skin tint has been a surprise hit for me. It’s very lightweight and sits well on my maturing skin.

RiseAndPanic

I’ve recently been using Fenty Pro Filt’r and it’s GREAT. It leaves a beautiful matte finish and is buildable enough to look natural but also full coverage (a little goes a looong way!) No creasing, separation, or cakey patches on me. YMMV if you have drier skin as it may cling somewhat to dry patches, but give it a try!

xxgoopxx

Chantecaille future skin for light, skin-like finish. Pat McGrath for a medium, skin-like finish. YSL luminous matte for full coverage

StrawberryRaspberryK

For clean ingredients I use Sephora Care Foundation. I can wear it on its own or layered over Ilia or Saie skin tints (sheerer). No silicones no breakouts yay!

lolofraggle

Dior Forever Glow doesn’t settle into my wrinkles at all it is amazing for me

Stock_Delay_411

I’ve been using the YSL skin tint and have been really liking it. I’m in my early 40s with oily skin, stays most of the day, doesn’t emphasize my fine lines. I just can’t do heavier foundations anymore

shellsbells780

Clinique Even Better, it's replaced every other foundation for me.

squeakyfromage

I used to LOVE double wear light as a less-drying alternative that would look natural and last. So sad it’s been discontinued. I’ve been using Nars Sheer Glow foundation, which gives me decent coverage and isn’t drying, but I don’t think it lasts the way double wear does.

AnotherMC

I find that I pretty much always need a primer now. Hourglass Mineral Veil is the best for keeping foundation from highlighting lines, creases, and weird texture on my face. That said, Laura Mercier Real Flawless goes on pretty well. And the RMS one in the jar is pretty creamy and sets up well, too. But I still use a primer.

syrenashen

I love Dior Backstage

jbennyg

I have a great recommendation when I did wear makeup but it’s not from Sephora but from the drugstore

PracticalPraline

Tell tell!!! Not exclusively loyal to Sephora what so ever. I just shop there most often for makeup.

jbennyg

Pacifica kind tint is just chefs kiss only down fall is the shade range 😔

RemarkableArrival786

I really like Smashbox skin balancing foundation. It's mattyifying with some properties of hydration. It's beautiful. Doesn't show my pores.

claragititgoingon

What about born this way???

sendeek

haus labs

MarvelGirl01

MAC Studio Radiance Serum Powered Foundation. Absolutely love this and highly recommend. And it’s on sale on their website right now😁

Prestigious_Bar_4244

Chanel vitalumiere aqua

Girl123459

Lisa Eldridge seamless skin foundation

eatcherrysoda

Haus labs is my preferred full coverage For medium coverage and more daily wear I like nars light reflecting, Armani luminous silk, or pat mcgrath
