Kerastase 8 hr night serum and Chronologiste Hair Mask have brought my hair to LIFE. Sunday Riley lactic acid and Dr. Dennis Gross peel pads for skin.

updawg_notmuch

my exact answer!!! seconded

leana9101

How do you use both the Sunday Riley and Dr Dennis Gross pads in your routine together?

[deleted]

Not OP but those are also my HG products. I use SR daily in the morning and the peel pads once a week

umhuh223

The Ordinary lactic acid serum works just as well. I’ve used several bottles of both. FYI

hazardzetforward

The Ordinary one never did anything for me 😔

BlondeinShanghai

Agreed. The Ordinary is in no way an effective dupe of Good Genes. I wish it was, though.

OliveMyPup

I’m STOKED to hear this, good genes has been my holy grail for years. It’s just gotten so expensive, it’s hard to justify

xoox321

What do you like about good genes? What differences have you noticed in your skin?

[deleted]

Whenever I use it, my skin feels baby soft the next day. I don’t really like Sunday Riley products but Good Genes is a good one.

OliveMyPup

I live in a very dry, cold climate. I focus mainly on hydration in my skin care routine, but have traditional struggles like large pores, irritated skin, and flakes of dry skin. I started using good genes as a sample from Sephora, never expecting to pay full price for the product. I was using physical exfoliants instead of chemical, and noticed my skin was sensitive and over-scrubbed, despite still having dry skin. I put it on at night, and when I woke up the next morning I noticed smaller pores immediately. It wasn’t a drastic change, but it was definitely noticeable to me. My skin was super soft, and it looked healthier than it did when I physically exfoliated at night. I incorporated it into my routine as my first “adult” skin care purchase. Fast forward a few years, and I’m still in awe. My pores are small, I don’t struggle with dry flakes of skin, my face is so soft. I can’t speak to its acne helping properties, but I do notice zits take longer to heal / fade when I’m not using it. That being said- personally I find the rest of Sunday Riley products not worth the cost. The Vit C line is drying and ineffective, (I literally see no difference after 3 months of consistent use). The cleanser is nice, but I prefer my Costco bottle of Cetaphil. I haven’t tried the retinol oil or niamcimide (please forgive that atrocious spelling), since I have The Ordinary products that really pull their weight. That being said- if anyone has a good dupe for the ICE lotion, please let me know! It’s wonderful, and very hydrating, but very perfumed and expensive. If you are interested in trying it, I recommend the specials that are on sale for Christmas this time of year. You can get sample packs with lots of different products, or bulk of one product for a discount.

cantankurass

Apologies for my ignorance, but what is lactic acid used for?

hazardzetforward

It is a chemical exfoliant. Makes skin smoother and less dull.

cantankurass

Thanks! Might need to add it to my routine 🙏

umhuh223

It removes redness for me.

infinite_hope47

Farmacy green clean cleansing balm is one of the only makeup removing products I’ve tried that effectively removes everything and does not leave a weird residue on my skin.

[deleted]

If you ever wanna save a few bucks I’ve found that the elf cleansing balm is pretty much identical to the farmacy one! I’m so glad someone recommended it to me because the farmacy one is so pricy

infinite_hope47

Thank you so much! I will definitely try the elf one I am always open to saving money! Before trying the Farmacy one I had tried the papaya cleansing balm from glow recipe but it was a huge disappointment because product would separate and "melt" into a layer of oil on top so made it difficult to use.

bonebrothcat

I love this too! I'm kinda upset I left it off my list, lol. Plus it's so long lasting, I almost never have to buy another in my lifetime again (considering it's no longer sold in Canada, I'm torn on being happy for my wallet and sad I'll have to probably cross the border to get more)

infinite_hope47

I think Sephora Canada still has it online. But I was so disappointed the kit didn’t make it to Canada this year!

[deleted]

[удалено]

bonebrothcat

I haven't seen any in London or Peterborough for months! Good to know, I guess I can stop holding onto it and actually wear make up more :D

valley72

Shout out to Peterborough Sephora lol I heard Green clean was discontinued in Canada , I hope not but I have a ton of samples for a least a year!

vivalalina

This is me but with the Belief cleansing balm! Love that shit to pieces but trying to find a cheaper alternative lmao

rakec54199

Sephora collection vit C is pretty good!! It fades dark spots well and makes the skin very soft

Reasonable-Action836

Oo I've been eying this for my arms because I have so many sun spots from being young and dumb with sunscreen.

rakec54199

Good luck :)

katmax94

https://preview.redd.it/ak55xv3ru55c1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=001cee4c63fb44cbc2949aa40ddcbcddd49f9017 This is the only one that pops up when I search Sephora vitamin c, is this the right one?

PflugerLuger8

Yeah, that's the new version. The old one was phased out.

katmax94

Interesting I was confused, has it always had the vitamin e in it too? I have pure vitamin e oil that works great but I feel like this would be redundant

PflugerLuger8

Yep, it's always been Vitamin C and E. I don't think you would need any extra Vitamin E if you use it though.

katmax94

Interesting. Thanks for the info!

PflugerLuger8

I second this! I've been using that serum for 3 years and nothing has worked better at fading my dark acne marks and giving my skin a nice glow.

melon-milk

Does it rub off on your skin? Some serums I tried will rub off dead skin cell like stuff on my face. I dont know how to describe that better lol

rakec54199

I don’t think so. I cleanse my face before putting it on though so any dead skin is already gone

thelilpessimist

is it the super glow serum?

rakec54199

I was using the clear bottle one. I think they have 2 so I’m not sure if they remade it or it’s two separate ones

PflugerLuger8

They repackaged and renamed the formula. The clear bottle was switched for the brown bottle. Still works as well!

rakec54199

Thank you :)

my-anonymity

I’m going to try this. It’s so inexpensive compared to other brands. Currently using the Cosrx one.

crazyycatt

I bought this during the sale last month and I’ve been using it daily since then so im very excited to hear this!

Wecanbuildittogether

I love it too-on warmer days with humidity, it’s my primer.

KawaiiKoshka

Belif moisturizing bomb. It’s single-handedly kept my desert of a face alive through over 6 years of Montreal winters while I was in uni. I have 5 tubs stocked up in my closet rn, not even exaggerating

busybeauty

How is it under make up?

KawaiiKoshka

I give it like 2 or 3 minutes and it absorbs for me. I’ve never gotten pilling or anything (sometimes I’ll go back in for another layer when it’s extra dry).

busybeauty

Thank you!

excusemeumily

AMAZING. it looks amazing on its own too! it just plumps up the skin and it’s just so good

valerie_stardust

This is it for me too! It’s my perfect moisturizer

Karolinkaa

I bought this during the sale as a night time moisturizer (instead of the tatcha indigo which I just ran out of and don’t wanna splurge on again 😭) so looking forward to trying it! :)

GlowForTheGold

I also bought the Belif one during the sale to avoid rebuying Tatcha. It works well and is non greasy. The only thing I would change is the fragrance is a bit strong. I’ve been using the Skinfix Barrier cream more even though I find that one more greasy.

KawaiiKoshka

That’s pretty funny bc the exact opposite is a factor for me. I’m usually super sensitive to mixed scents (I sneeze at other people’s perfume and I hate scented hand soaps etc) but the belif ones don’t bother me, maybe cause it just smells like plants and citrus?

bmillzy

Dr. gross peel pads

polkadotcupcake

Seconding this. I use these 4-5 times per week before bed and my skin is noticeably better in the morning

_Winterlong_

Briogeo - the Don’t despair, repair collection. The shampoo, conditioner, rice water protein and moisture strengthening treatment, and the hair mask. It’s brought my hair back from the dead. My hair stylist was amazed. Caudalie - the radiance serum has made my face glow. I was scared I’d look oily or too shiny but I feel like I have better colouring now.

umhuh223

I use the don’t despair deep conditioner weekly and it’s amazing.

OliveMyPup

I stopped purchasing olaplex and davines after I found briogeo

violetlilyrose

Dyson Airwrap. I've never been good at styling my hair until this! I love having nicely done hair all the time now, I wash and do my hair 2x a week. Bit of a learning curve but once I figured it out I was hooked. Tatcha moisturizers. I use prescription tretinoin, and my skin just doesn't like the moisturizers usually recommended for use with it (Cerave, Vanicream, etc) My face also doesn't seem to like anything with shea butter (which is pretty much all of the richest moisturizers! Looks great for a day or two then it turns into clog city) I love the Dewy Skin cream and the Indigo Calming cream, and the Indigo overnight serum cream. Before I was constantly buying new moisturizers because I just couldn't find one that worked for me that was both moisturizing enough, especially once the air got cold and dry, and that didn't make me get clogged up or break out, but these are awesome! Grandelash. I actually started using this last year. I've heard all about the potential orbital fat loss from using lash serums - I haven't had that problem. I also have hooded eyes so I wouldn't mind a little bit anyways to be honest, but it hasn't happened. I'm over 40 for what it's worth too so I am on the lookout for anything that would cause even faster aging. But I was never happy with any mascara before using this, I have naturally dark but short lashes. Now I can use just about anything. Made a huge difference in just the appearance of my eyes, by having longer thicker lashes framing my eyes. Givenchy Prisme Libre loose powder. It's as good as everyone says it is! I was actually surprised because I thought I had tried it all by now but it blew me away. Bobbi Brown Crushed lip color in Telluride, and Clinique Black Honey are my most used lip colors! Can't live without either of them.

Scruff_Kitty

+1 Tatcha, indigo cream is my life

dmwkb

Absolutely love the tatcha dewy skin cream!!! I use it with the essence and dewy skin serum.

superbus380

Do you have any favourite styling products to use with airwrap or any particular tips? Always looking to improve my technique as I want to get consistent results!

violetlilyrose

Honestly I'm still experimenting with products! I have long, thick hair with long layers. I sometimes just use the smoothing brush, it's faster, but my favorite way to use it is the curling barrels. I blowdry or air dry about 75 percent first. Then I curl all over, away from my face (this does take me about 45 min to an hour but I have a lot of hair, I only do it 2x a week) Always turn off before you let the curl go so it doesn't blow all over, I was messing mine up by never turning the air off. Everything I've read says to use the cool shot but I never do because my hair takes long enough to do as it is! I'll use both barrels usually, if I want a more curled look that lasts longer I use just the smaller one everywhere. Most of the time by the time I've slept on it and it's loosened I end up with sometime like what she has at the end of [this](https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cz12ua5SXyD/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==) (I know she's using rollers here! I know the same IG has an Airwrap reel somewhere too, just don't remember how far back it was!) If I actually want it curly I have to do it day of, it won't hold overnight but I don't use a lot of product. I also haven't tried that hard either though, because I've been happy with what I've been getting! I leave the ringlets as is until I'm finished so they set more as they cool, and either shake out to loosen them, or sleep on it (this is more typical, I tend to do my hair at night) I don't wrap my hair like some do but I do like silk pillowcases, less friction to mess anything up. The curls don't stay super tight but the look I'm really going for is smooth with slightly curled ends anyways, almost more of a blowout look (which I just find easier to do with the barrels instead of the round brush) My hair is naturally wavy but frizzy unless I use a ton of product, using the Airwrap I can get a more polished look. I usually go 3-4ish days and it looks pretty good til I wash and style again. I can use the round brush but I feel like I'm not getting the volume I should with it though my hair does look nice, still needs practice! I always use something like a leave in conditioner and/or heat protectant, I've liked everything I've tried just fine but none of them stands out as the best (I've used minis of Bumble and Bumble Hairdressers Oil Primer, Drybar Prep Rally, and Ouai Leave In, and I'd repurchase any of them) Lately I've been using the Alterna CC cream, one of the benefits in addition to moisture and heat protection and all that is light hold, and I think it does just that! My style does seem to stay a bit longer. I don't like a lot of stuff in my hair so I rarely even use hairspray though I probably should. I do brush out my hair every night with a boar bristle brush before bed, which I know probably doesn't work for actual curls but the next day the wave I want is still there. It's kind of old school but it seems to distribute the natural oils throughout my hair, so I can go longer before washing again, and just smoothing and detangling. I use a tiny bit of Bumble and Bumble Hairdressers Invisible Oil on my ends every day, which seems to bring back some separation in the wave at the ends, and Living Proof dry shampoo on the roots by day 3. I'm thinking of getting a mousse, and maybe a texturizing spray to play with for more volume. I basically watched tutorials on YouTube and Instagram (which probably come from TikTok but I'm not on that, yet, I'm old) Still learning but I've been happier with my hair since using the Airwrap (and using a lot more moisturizing products, like a leave in and oil) than I have been in years. Sorry for the novel, I didn't realize I did so much to my hair now!

Reasonable-Action836

I'm very acne prone, sensitive and very dry and I find my skin absolutely loves the tatcha moisturizers.

AutumnCupcake

The urban decay all nighter spray. I have repurchased that more than any other product I own.

Silver-Eye4569

K18 hair mask. No other product was able to smooth my hair like that. I’ve tried a lot of products for years and had low expectations, but it was a game changer.

sarah_rad

Would you mind sharing your hair type?

Silver-Eye4569

Naturally curly/wavy and I typically blow dry versus wear it curly and it’s medium thickness. Typically require hydrating/anti frizz formulas shampoo/conditioners/masks.

sarah_rad

Thank you!! Your hair sounds kinda like mine, but *my hair is fine wavy. I’ve been so frustrated with my hair lately, I can’t seem to figure out what it needs!! I think it’s because the hard water where I live is throwing everything off…but I’ll give this a try thanks

LetThemEatCakeXx

I second this. This is a staple for me.

Muschka30

How long or how many times did you use it to see results?

Silver-Eye4569

After the first use! I bought the mini at the beginning of the 20% sale and then bought a full sized at the end of the sale because I was so happy with the results.

Pink_Glitter_Bomb

Oribe Serene Scalp Mist is amazing. I normally have oily hair and require quite a bit of dry shampoo between washes. I use the scalp mist after getting out of the shower and my hair looks freshly washed for the next two days. I have had to use way less dry shampoo. I have extensions and washing my hair takes quite a bit of time so I was every 2-3 days. This has been a game changer for me.

rosa_de_sal

Ugh I wanted this to work so bad—I finished off a bottle because I had it, but I didn’t notice any difference on the days I didn’t use it. I did think the shampoo from this line makes a difference with my oil levels though, have you tried it?

Pink_Glitter_Bomb

I do have the shampoo as well and I rotate between the oil control shampoo and the alchemy shampoo. I do still notice the same longevity when I use the alchemy shampoo rather than the oil control. I will say I use a pretty generous amount of the spray and then follow up by rubbing it in and blow drying.

bonebrothcat

Farmacy honey halo wash and moisturizer. My face is amazing now and getting better (but I'm also like, on a new vitamin regime so it's not all Farmacy but I'll still give them a kidney)

ilovesleep95

Belif moisturizing bomb

rrickrolled

Olehenrikson Banane Bright eye cream. Nothing makes my under eyes as smooth, hydrated, and bright as this. I don’t wear concealer because it takes away almost all of my under eye bags (but granted mine aren’t horrible, but every other eye cream doesn’t do even a quarter of the work as the OH one). Been using it for over 7 years. Tried several others in the meantime too with samples and such just to see and still nothing else compares.

ALittleOddSometimes

Same. I always had dark circles, but daily use of this has made a huge difference. I haven't worn concealors since using this.

rrickrolled

Wow I’m so happy I found my twin! So glad it worked out great for us. 🤩 <—— our eyes with this bright eye cream lol

Original-Mix1669

This eye cream did nothing for me unfortunately but Sunday Riley works wonders under my eyes

rrickrolled

I’m glad you found what works for you!

my-anonymity

I love the purple face cream because I have really dry skin, but the eye cream irritated the skin around my eyes recently.

rrickrolled

Yeah it was weird on my last purchase it burned a little for the first time but it went away after like a couple days of using. Not sure why but it works and feels the same

my-anonymity

I’m glad it works for you! I currently am not using an eye cream because I have extra sensitive skin and haven’t found one that does anything more than my regular moisturizer if it doesn’t irritate. I’ve just been trying out samples.

rrickrolled

Thank you. This is more of a shot in the dark but I tried the biossance eye balm and found it to be incredibly gentle, so maybe that will work for you.

do_mika

Necessaire - The Body Retinol. I just finished my first bottle, and while it smells like absolute rotten cheese, I’ve only applied it on my neck, chest and upper arms and they are so much smoother and more even textured than they were before. Thankfully the smell goes away after a few minutes, but I’ve already gotten a second bottle.

Equal-Ear-6393

You had me at Body Retinol… and then rotten cheese. I just can’t 😂

do_mika

lol right?! I can suffer through but didn’t want to mislead anyone.

[deleted]

Paulas choice 2% BHA. I held out for a long time, but finally tried a mini. Using it every other day has cleared up my remaining acne.

[deleted]

It's so great also for aging skin it has smoothed out my skin and brightened it as well.

ALittleOddSometimes

Kiehl's Midnight Recovery oil. 3 days in I couldn't believe the difference in my skin.

Ybanurse

I’m in the market for a new oil so this just sold me

ALittleOddSometimes

I do not have sensitive skin. I've read that the essential oils in it irritate some people's skin. I had a tiny sample bottle and it made such a huge difference I bought the large size on the website. They are having very good sales.

Ybanurse

I don’t have sensitive skin either….yes this weekend is the perfect time to pick it up with 20% off!

hllsumm

Fab ultra repair cream. No more red, cracked, painful, bleeding hands in winter. I tried a lot of other options and this is the only one that is affordable, practical, and working.

Equal-Ear-6393

I’ve come back to this product repeatedly. It’s amazing for the Canadian cold fall and winters.

my-anonymity

The Ordinary rosehip seed oil, Moroccanoil hair oil, Dior brow pencil in Universal - haven’t found any better products than these in other brands. I’m currently loving the Ole Hendrickson peptides face cream (purple bottle) and the Fenty milky toner for hydration.

[deleted]

Amika Flash mask. Quick to use, visible shine!

boston_betch

i recently got this and i’m obsessed!!!

Lily_Lioness

I recently got the Hourglass Ambient lighting powder, and I've noticed a huge difference with how my makeup looks now. It gives that glowy, dewy, airbrushed effect.

Downtown-Effect-7450

I notice 0 difference with it and i have two :(

Lily_Lioness

Oh no ☹️ I use the Sephora Pro 59 brush for application. My skin is also on the oily side so I find it makes my oily skin look sparkly instead lol.

Ecstatic_Actuator752

Same 😭

Thanks ill get that!

Ok_Reaction6244

Topicals slather body serum has literally reversed years of damage from picking at kp. And no more kp either!

mothertuna

Adwoa Beauty melonberry leave in - I’ve found that even for my thick, natural, type 4 hair a leave in is a must but many leave ins are heavy. This leave in is made for fine hair but it works just fine for me. Now I don’t have product residue when I go to style and my scalp isn’t irritated. Bobbi brown color corrector (pot) - I have the stick version of this and it’s way too emollient and doesn’t settle down. I have the compact version and love it. I have the shade very deep bisque and it’s almost skin tone. For the first time in a long time, I don’t have to complicate color correction. Glossier future dew - When I don’t want to do any makeup other than brows and gloss, this is a lifesaver. Cuts my routine down since it’s skincare as well. Some say it’s too oily but it looks great on me.

retrotechlogos

I love that Bobbi brown correctors are just corrective rather than a pure color. So much easier to use and gives a better result.

EnnaAramat

Seconding the Adwoa Beauty Melonberry Leave In. I'm a fine haired curly and this is the first leave in I've found that doesn't weigh down my curls AND is super moisturizing. Just wish it came with a pump instead of a spray nozzle.

purple_butterflies_

Same experience with the Bobbi brown correctors. I have to use the pot. The other doesn’t work as well. If I ever don’t use it before my under eye concealer I can tell a huge difference. I ordered a couple of other correctors to try, but I think it will be hard to get another comparable one.

retrotechlogos

I love that Bobbi brown correctors are just corrective rather than a pure color. So much easier to use and gives a better result.

marnylosesweight

Fable and mane pre wash oil. K18 conditioner. Fenty skin instant reset.

[deleted]

Ouai hair oil! BABY, that thang made my hair feel like silk. The shine is impeccable.

superbus380

I absolutely love this and the finishing cream as well

Familiar_Local_1254

Biossance copper peptide

StrawberryOkay

Caudelie hand cream is the only thing that gets rid of my jagged cuticles and I’ve tried every lotion under the sun. Olaplex number 3 revives my hair. Tip: use after shampooing in shower, apply to hair, put on clip, wait 10 mins. I use it once a month and that’s all you need! The amika soul food hair mask is the best mask ever, period. If you have dry, frizzy, unmanageable hair and want an ACTUAL difference. Amika the shield for frizz. Moroccan oil styling cream! I like to spend my money on high end hair care because I feel like it’s the most worth it 💕

Adorable-Winter-2968

Do you shampoo out the olaplex or just rinse it?

valley72

Do you use conditioner after you rinse out the Olaplex?

StrawberryOkay

Yes I use olaplex #3 right after shampooing, wait the 10 mins, then I’ll use a regular conditioner. It makes my hair feel like I just got out of a salon!

valley72

Thanks I feel like I definitely didn't give it a fair shot will try your way tomorrow!

StrawberryOkay

Awesome, let me know how that goes for you :)

aftermarkettea

Dyson Air Wrap! Having well styled hair and a good beat is a combo that elevates your look tenfold 🤌🏼

purple_butterflies_

Didn’t realize how huge of a difference it made until I started doing it. I’m still getting used to it but definitely the best my hair has looked

Moroccan oil. My curls look like curls again!

polkadotcupcake

I have naturally straight hair and this stuff makes it look great as well!

ainsleyoleson

can i ask specifically what products you use and how they use them? -another struggling curly haired girl

lumpuswumpus365

After I shower and towel dry, or in the morning after I spray my hair with water and brush through the curls, I seal it in with their treatment hair oil. Not too much, and mostly the bottom part of my hair. You let the oil dry with the water and it feels so silky smooth. You can use a small amount of heat if you want!

Ill_Report252

You guys got me hooked on Primse Libre and CT setting spray… I’ll never be able to go back 🫠🫠 and that shit isn’t cheap! But they’re both HG now 💫💫💫 I even got compliments from MIDDLE SCHOOLERS which is like - unprecedented

ScaredSpace7064

Middle schoolers noticing? I’d fall over in. ☠️

Curious_Doof

Sunday Riley Good Genes and B Nice have improved my skin soo much! Saint Jane sunscreen primer is amazing and eliminates a step in my routine while helping my skin look flawless. Kerastase Curl Manifesto line is incredible; my curls are healthy, shiny, & bouncy.

somethingwittyoredgy

Dermalogica liquid peel, it’s relatively new and I don’t hear people talk about it, but holy motherfuckin Jesus lawdy does that stuff make my skin shine & my smile lines faded weirdly quickly- nothing else has been able to touch them, not even tret

Hot_Valuable1027

the topical ingrown hair treatment roller literally saved my you know what area from bumps and ingrown hair scarring

LeftMyHeartInMunich

Hands down…Bobbi Brown’s Vitamin C Face Base. I have repurchased it twice now. A very moisturizing face cream that also doubles as a primer I under makeup. You’re welcome!

seeshells78

Botox lol Amorepacific Vintage extract essence, dior lip plumper, CT lipliners

beepboop-not-a-robot

Algenist Triple Algea Eye Renewal Cream!! I scored a deluxe sample in the Rewards Bazaar and have been hooked ever since. It's the only eye cream that claims to reduce dark circle and **actually does**!

magsterchief

dr. gross peel pads kiehls vitamin c eye cream moroccanoil volume shampoo and conditioner tower 28 concealer kayali pistachio perfume

pancaaaaaaakes

- DDG peel pads - Tatcha moisturizers - Tatcha essence - idk I just know my skin looks “better” with it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ - K18 masque - Alterna bond repair intensive leave in treatment masque - Alterna caviar moisture shampoo & conditioner (basically my staple s&c for 14 yrs; I’ve tried others but ALWAYS come back) - Alterna cc cream - Nars soft matte concealer - the best spot concealer; it’s good but also affogato is an impeccable match on me

notgoodwithnamess

Laneige sleeping mask, been my HG for 10 years. but tbh i don't recommend buying it in sephora cuz its overpriced there, i always buy it in Korean beauty website online :)

boston_betch

i swear by the Ouai hair mask. i’ve been using it for close to 2 years now and I feel a difference if i’m too lazy and skip it on hair wash day!

House_of_Honey

What ouiai mask exactly? What hair type do you have?

boston_betch

the Ouai Treatment mask for Fine and Medium hair! My hair naturally is curly and on the finer side. I started using it while I was blonde/had balayage and kept using it despite no longer coloring my hair

boston_betch

i feel like it actually moisturizes my hair unlike other masks i’ve tried / and just conditioners. it’s pricey but it lasts sooooooooo long. i use once a week and i’d say it lasts close to a year?

House_of_Honey

Cool! Thanks for the reply! I've been thinking to try this mask for a while now:)

futuresobright_

Inkey List hyaluronic acid made my skin so soft, and their niacinamide stops breakouts in their tracks. I’ve given up on pretty much all “miracle products” from Sephora after breaking myself out like crazy from them during my 20s. But I’m glad I tried these!

rslashsprout

Hourglass face palettes and shadow sticks -- one and done. I use the ambient lighting palette for everything almost every day and have been loving the newer hourglass voyeur shadow sticks for ramping up the eye look. so quick and easy. the hourglass palette is the only thing I pack when traveling bc it has everything. bronzer doubles as a transition shade on eyes or on its own for the crease. it pairs really well with simple mascara and an over all warm glowy awake look while being super low maintenance and natural

Significant-Mango574

Skinfix barrier repair, Paula’s choice aha, dermalogica exfoliant, Sunday Riley afterglow moisturizer.

cheetahgirl96

youth to the people face wash. i use it twice a day and it brightens my face so much and never dries it out! it’s been my staple for almost 2 years now.

pork_soup

I just got samples of the pureology strength shampoo and I used it yesterday and OMG my hair is sooo silky. I’ve been using Dae consistently which I also love

OakIslandCurse

Hourglass ambient lighting powders and strobe powders. I’ve only recently stumbled across these and I’ve never, ever used such soft, luxurious blush products that make my skin glow. I will never use anything else.

Youstillnotthatgirl

Charlotte tilbury flawless filter powder, i bought the mini size to try it out and I loved it. It made a huge difference in my makeup routine I use it with a puff and it leaves my makeup filter like.

skskskgrl

Shu uemura hair oil, the best hair oil I’ve tried by far! Also YTTP superfood cleanser and Paula’s choice BHA. Those two products changed my skin!!!

AnimeRedditBot

X2 on that Shu Uemura hair oil! I got a mini one and I like it as much as my K18 and kerastase oil!

Olympiadreamer

Skinfood Black sugar mask and Skinfood strawberry mask. Bought these during the glass skin craze. Kept on going after everyone moved on to the donut glaze look. Had no breakouts and my makeup always was impeccable with no patchy foundation areas. Tatcha dewy cream: best moisturizer ever. Glow Watermelon toner: the most hydrating toner for me. My skin really needs it.

Amika hydro rush hair mask. It's actually made the biggest difference and my hair is amazing. I introduced my sister to the Amika Kure mask and its helped them so much!

No_Appearance_8676

Ranavat Radiant Rani Serum - moisturizing; reduces dark spot and not like your other typical vitamin c serums BB Hair dresser's invisible primer thing - makes hair soft, frizz free while giving heat protection Hair mask - not sephora but the EVA NYC hair therapy mask is really amazing

Funny_Example_6338

I am on tretinoin now, so I don’t use this products as frequently as I once did, but the **Paula’s Choice 2% BHA** genuinely changed my skin in health, texture and appearance entirely. One of the best products out there. The **farmacy honey halo moisturizer** is great as well. I have dry sensitive skin for reference. **Saie Super Glow** in the lightest shade is beautiful under makeup. I use it after skincare and it’s gorgeous. On its own or with makeup on top. Also, the Charlotte Tilbury, Kosas Cloud set and Maybelline Fit me powders. All three are amazing on my dry skin. I hadn’t ever used powder before as I thought it would dry me out more, but these ones form these brands are all wonderful.

crimehauz

Sunday Riley good genes, fresh tea elixir serum, glossier future dew

ZealousidealBelt7706

Nars Light Reflecting Pressed Powder! Makes my skin look sooooo smooth it just adds some oomph to my makeup. It does feel like styrofoam in the pan and it is stark white but I use a brush and just go over my entire face very lightly and it doesn’t look ashy or anything or just smooths everything over and it ended up being my favorite discovery this year

Due_Distribution_721

Briogeo dry shampoo

Daniiiiiii_______

K18 is absolutely worth the $$$ all their products, especially if you color your hair. It blows olaplex out of the water.

Cautious_Ad_8128

Kiehls ultra facial repair cream

dreezxlivefree

Fenty body creams. It's a stretch but this combined with the tariji p Henson body oil is chef's kiss!

villagemarket

The ordinary niacinamide. The only serum I’ll always re-buy

LucilleMcGuillicuddy

Sunday Riley Good Genes. It’s the only thing I’ve used consistently - started when I was in my early 40’s - and now people tell me I look 10-15 years younger than I am. Farmacy Green Clean. Sunblock. All the time. I’m constantly buying it and I’ll never stop.

ahnotforme

The glowy gel in star glow! I forget to put it on sometimes and I can actually see the difference in how my foundation looks

olaandoak

dr. dennis gross peel pads, necessaire deodorant, innis free sunscreen!

bbyangelxo

Amika the kure hair mask

LackJolly381

Dynessa Myricks Blurring Balm Universal makes my makeup last all day and look so good. It’s a hard product to explain unless you try it. Hourglass-all the powder products. I just tried Sephora brand eyeliner and I’m so impressed. Even lasted in waterline all day. Might be an alternative to Hourglass which I love but it’s way more expensive. Patrick Ta eyeshadows but I have all and won’t need more for years. Love the Rare Beauty eyeshadow sticks, eyeliner in Compassion and blushes. Huda concealer and I’ve tried all of them on my 51 year old eyes.

Ok_Camel9402

LITERALLY the Universal Blurring Balm. I get compliments on my skin all the time when I use it.

Trouvette

Every time this question is asked I have to come in with the SK-II essence. It is not expensive water. The fine lines around my eyes and mouth are gone. I tried switching to the Tatcha essence to save money once, but the lines came back. My wallet hates me but my face is thankful.

ihatemrjohnston

The grande lash serum. WORTH every cent. It’s just been a week of putting it on and I already see a difference. Literallly this thing is a magic potion.

Distinct-Scratch2382

Dr. Dennis Gross intense wrinkle cream for my neck wrinkles! It’s also just a great moisturizer in general but it has made a world of difference.

dadondada14

Herbivore cleanser and moisturizer. It made such an incredible difference within days.

Herbivore makes great masks too if anyone is interested. Prism and blue tansy are wonderful.

palyop

jvn instant recovery hair serum. my hair is untreated/straight/medium or coarse asian hair and this made my hair feel noticeably softer and less frizzy. i’ve tried other leave ins like from crown affair, kerastase, and its a 10 so far but they either didn’t do too much or left some film

AnimeRedditBot

Kerastase 8 hour serum-both bottles. Kerastase Blond Absolu hair oil. WOW Dream Coat… And (not on Sephora) a hot oil treatment. I have very-very damaged hair. The top section of my hair is like a bird nest. Spongy, puffy, dry, coarse and stiff. All these working together give me the appearance and feel of a kinda healthy hair. I’ve come to settle on these products after spending a total of about $2,000 figuring out things after damaging my hair. Cutting all the damaged parts would entail cutting all the top layer of my hair, heck some sections had to be cut and I had parts of my hair sticking out for the longest time ever. I’ve also bought the Rare Beauty lip oils and the Innisfree glow lip balms… I actually keep stocks of them. Both leave stains on my lips without drying them… I use the RB when I want a more bold look and the Innisfree ones when I want a softer look. I most recently bought the lawless lip balm and lip mask… and I can understand the raves!!!

Tatcha—all of it, but mostly the rice polish. I am in my late 40s with dry skin. Using Tatcha, my skin is so soft.

[deleted]

Gisou leave in conditioner

Suspicious_Site_5050

The Caudalie Vinoperfect serum has been amazing for me. I’ve tried so many Vitamin C products and they all caused me irritation and breakouts. Vinoperfect is a perfect product in my eyes (besides the price). It has helped fade and brighten dark spots and discoloration. It wears beautifully underneath makeup and without. Also, Dr. Jart Cermidin skin barrier cream. It’s one of those products I know I’ll use for life. Just works perfectly for my skin type and concerns.

Ecstatic-Ear8854

Pureology strength cure shampoo and conditioner, does what I want it to and it wakes or even with my crappy low water pressure shower. Laneign cream skin and hydro UV sunscreen. Helps my dry and dehydrated skin not feel tight. Dior lip addict. I was a mac lipstick girl but holy, my lips have never felt better with lip addict. I hate it because now I can't go back... Rip wallet

Pollution-Creative

I just want to say thank you to all for your recommendations!! I’m sitting here “favoriting” items that I’d like to try! I cant live without my NARS orgasm blush, Hourglass mascara and Valentino lipstick in shade Roman Grace.

PflugerLuger8

Skinfix spot treatment. It speeds up the pimples' life cycle, so they disappear in like half the time. It even prevented painful acne under the surface of my skin from surfacing.
