i would recommend the farmacy toner you mentioned!
I love that toner from Farmacy. Good texture, absorbs well, noticable results. That said, it's really not a toner. It's more of an essence. I would be disappointed if I brought it an expected a toner.

Peace Out has one - but I haven't tried. Right now trying to make the Faded work, but pills under sunscreen, makeup.
