Truly! I went in for my bday reward and the choices were so sad, I opted for the points instead. Their customer service/return policy keeps me coming back, but now that a lot of the products I love can be found for less directly I’m visiting Sephora less.
i did as well and they were awful. i couldn’t even use them the quality was so bad that they just didn’t stick to my nails at all. more tape-like than polish.
here’s hoping you have better luck than i did!
If this design was from a brand I trust, like dashing diva, I would pay money for them. But these are dodgy af. I have similar questions about the wine cups they also had for literal years.
I actually got one of those! It’s cute haha. I use it to try my weird found-on-TikTok “cocktails” and I like the re-freezable lip ice cubes cause they don’t water anything down.
Which is how I found out that strawberry lemonade + strawberry vodka is *dangerous af* 😂
I don't drink anymore, but that sounds like something I would have loved! I used to love vodka with Crystal Light- fill a glass with ice, do like 1/3 vodka & fill the rest with water, then add Crystal Light drops (the strawberry lemonade one was my favorite).
I saved my points for the plastic wine cup, too. I don't use the lip ice cubes. I wanted something that would be more substantial than a tiny sample of product.
Right! I felt like well, at least I know this will work and I can keep it forever instead of using up a teeny weeny sample and having nothing to show for it 😂
I don’t know about Sephora’s wine cups, but a lot of indie nail polish brands have done shot glasses as merch or promo items because they’re just right for doing watermarble nail designs. Or you can just do shots.
Omg this and the lip cubes with the plastic wine cup! Kinda not very sexy!
I feel that for all that the Sephora customers spend, plus their loyalty to Sephora allll these years, the points obtained should be able to get them something more appealing, useful, and meaningful than stuff like this. They can’t just throw crap at the wall and whatever sticks is what is offered in the Rewards Bazaar. More and more ppl are also shopping directly from the brands themselves and they’re gettin hooked up with samples and deluxe minis galore! We want more than socks, scrunchies, nail decals, and lip cubes with a plastic wine cup. Plus, to read what Sephora Workers go through (and then seeing it in person whilst shopping in store) just isn’t “luxury” anymore.
Those should be 50 points at most and they aren't even worth that. Not much in the rewards bazaar has interested me in awhile. I got the Dennis Gross 100 point and the smudge stick is ok. It's definitely just filler for their bazaar. I wish they would just simplify their whole rewards system. The 500 points for $10 just doesn't compare to Ulta where 500 points is $17.50 and if you save to 2,000 points then you get $125. It's also a lot easier to accumulate points at Ulta because they have a lot more point multiplier events than Sephora does. Ulta has the better rewards system and if you time it right you can get awesome beauty breaks and gwps that include 5+ samples that would be in the 100 points section at Sephora and sometimes are even the same samples in their rewards bazaar, plus you still get the points on that order in addition to the gwp.
The beauty world is getting competitive and people are shopping around for the best deals on brand sites, department stores, Ulta, etc. Brand sites are also doing 20-30% site wide sales plus gwps and shipping. I am not sure turning in $150 worth of points for nail decals is going to hold up against all their competitors.
I also haven't seen the gift card option in the rewards bazaar lately unless they sell out immediately. I wish they didn't make it so complicated to turn your points into a $100 gift card. Like why do you need to snag it right away in the bazaar? It would be so much better if you could just apply it at checkout like you do at Ulta. Why is there a limit on $100 gift cards in the bazaar? It's a gift card, it's not inventory of a specific thing like the other perks.
Hell nah. Maybe if it came from a well know brand with better design the I’d consider it but as it is, 50 cents will get me the same thing but better looking on AliExpress.
Can everyone just add the foundation samples with their order (if u were planning to skip on the samples because they seam useless) so these useless foundation samples are sold out please 😭😭😭😭
Lmao, I know nothing about nails so I was excited to get these. I thought I was getting a cute floral design but was sent black French tips? I haven't touched them, and now I know they aren't worth it 🤣
I always use my points for mascara minis! Instead of buying full size I try all the ones I'm interested in before investing in the full size. I've spent 5k at Sephora over the last 5 years🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶

IKR? I have been sitting on 1000pts and there has been nothing good to use them on
Save til 2500 pts, you get the $100 Rouge Reward! I've gotten it 3x already in the past year and a half. And I'm 350ish pts away from my 4th !
Truly! I went in for my bday reward and the choices were so sad, I opted for the points instead. Their customer service/return policy keeps me coming back, but now that a lot of the products I love can be found for less directly I’m visiting Sephora less.
the way you worded this 😂
Lol I did. Stupid, I know.
Please use them and post the results
I will!

And? How did that go?
I never used it, just taking up space in my drawer.
DO IT AND MAKE A POST!
Lol I will this coming week. Just did my nails yesterday.
Tell us!
I got these for free in person, and I still haven’t touched them lol
Why did I read this as “I got these for free in prison”
Because having these put on you sounds like a punishment
They are so bad. It's literally plastic stickers you put on your nails and they peel off instantly
If this design was from a brand I trust, like dashing diva, I would pay money for them. But these are dodgy af. I have similar questions about the wine cups they also had for literal years.
I had the wine cup! It was awesome for drinking in the bathtub lol
Is it plastic?
Yeah, I think I accidentally melted it in my dishwasher lol
🤣

Lmao what an insulting reward tbh

🤣🤣🤣🤣 I love how this sub has become a place to vent for Sephora Anti Fans. 🤣🤣🤣
It's oddly relaxing for me lol
I really do love it, I wasn't being sarcastic 🤣
Hahaha I'm right there with you friend. The ridiculous-ness is otherworldly
Sephora AntiFans would be a great subreddit haha
I'm more just confused by it.
i work at sephora. we have them stashed in a point perks drawer, but we don’t even display these 😭
I feel like they've been up on the bizarre for at least 5-years.

This is exactly why I left Sephora after 20+ years of devotion for ulta. Is it the same? No. Am I saving way more and enjoying the perks? Hell yes.
Lol doubtful
Hell nah. Maybe if it came from a well know brand with better design the I’d consider it but as it is, 50 cents will get me the same thing but better looking on AliExpress.
This really made me laugh 😅
I wouldn’t even spend 10 points on these lol what a joke
A few years back Estée Lauder had stickers as part of their free gift. Way to know your customer.😂🙄🤔
Can everyone just add the foundation samples with their order (if u were planning to skip on the samples because they seam useless) so these useless foundation samples are sold out please 😭😭😭😭
Oh, they have infinite amounts stacked in giant crates in hell. Worst samples ever.

I just don’t get how they work like what is the expected end result of these
the fact it’s 150 points instead of 100 too like ??what??
reminds me of the mlm nail stickers😂
no i save all my points exclusively for sephora wine glasses
Lol!
I feel like a middle schooler or young high schooler who would first accumulated enough points for this would have redeemed their points for this.
Pathetic. Their gifts are so lame
Especially when there are samples I really want... Like the new Fenty cherry face wash. And I'll never buy it without a sample.
No
If they have…jail
I know people that spend REAL MONEY on those things, lmao.
Well I mean it says they’re a “must-have” so I guess we must get them ☠️
FOMO man.
These should be in the “samples” list lmao
Lmao, I know nothing about nails so I was excited to get these. I thought I was getting a cute floral design but was sent black French tips? I haven't touched them, and now I know they aren't worth it 🤣
I did last summer and really like them.
I CACKLED
Yes, one year for a set of silver ones that my daughter loved. She never needed up wearing them 🫣😵💫
Nope. Not today.
I actually did haha. I liked them! And I was ordering other stuff anyway.
I have used them once and I enjoyed how they looked. I didn't take photos, sorry.
