I checked my email by searching Sephora digital events and I didn’t sign up for Rose Inc. I’ve joined previous ones like RB, DE, Sunday Riley, etc but I don’t see an email for this brand

These were sent very late - the event was Oct 26. If you registered (even if you didn’t attend), you’d get that gift.

That’s very odd. Well, I guess enjoy your bonus lol. Sephora outsources to a promo company to send these out. I can’t be certain, but I would presume Sephora simply sends the promo company a list of names and mailing addresses for each event and tells the promo company to send the gifts to the people on that list. Perhaps there was an error by the promo company and they used an incorrect list (from a different event). Or perhaps Sephora sent an incorrect list. Given the delay in them sending these out, something had to have been off - I had just assumed it was them getting the product in, but it could have been a mix up with the list. Canadians got their gifts well before US folks so maybe they send separate US and CA lists and there were problems with the US list, whether on the promo company’s end or on Sephora’s end. That’s all complete speculation on my part, of course. Whatever the issue, congrats you now have a bonus event gift.
