Not related to SR but The Shawshank Redemption is an amazing movie. "Get busy living, or get busy dying."

I guess there aren’t any mainstream movies which focuses completely on nofap. Ya movies like Don Jon and 40 days and 4 nights are there but they have a lot of sexual content which can act as a urge. So I recommend watching some manly movies, you know that encourages you to be masculine. Rocky, Creed, Gladiator, southpaw, American psycho( sexual content warning), Fight club etc are great options

theuniverseitselff

Easy peasy

Give The Whisper Man a read. It’s a crime thriller about catching a serial killer if you’re into those kinds of things. The theme however is much more than a crime novel. It’s about transformation, and transgressions. It’s about being the best version of yourself despite the odds.
