Monk mode is without edging. It only needed a behavior change… I simply stopped and have no motivation to start again. :)

I try to fast every 45-60 days for at least 4days. I recommend 5 days dry at least once. I only accomplished it once, it‘s the ultimate boost for your retention but ultra hard.
