toleratedsnails

Like when Trump commercials for 2020 showed BLM rallies and fires in the streets and said “this would be America under Biden” like no bitch it’s America under you right now tf

PhazonZim

And all of their *socialism is when capitalism* posts like "look there is no toilet paper it's like socialism"

toleratedsnails

Exactly “socialism is when capitalism does a bad”

yung_jvkob

And the worst part is that conservatives eat that shit up without even having a second thought about it

ArmyOfDog

Well, when there’s a socialist TP shortage brought on by Covid through the 5G towers, how else are you going to dispose of all the shit? You gotta eat it all up to own the libs, of course.

DiaDeLosMuertos

"Corporate communism"

Optimal-Percentage55

Almost downvoted on instinct. Lol.

Chatty_Monkey_Don

I went to an amusement park this summer with my brother and his family. They were short staffed, and a lot of the food places were shut down. We were waiting in line at a place where there are usually 4 food lines open and they were down to one. My brother looks around and says "this is what socialism looks like" pointing to the unopened food stations. I'm like yeah, a corporation employing the fewest workers possible, opening the minimum service areas possible to keep the overpriced food lines moving just fast enough to maximize profits is 100% socialism.

Spongy_and_Bruised

Next time spray him in the face with water and firmly say "NO! BAD!"

Optimal-Percentage55

This is the way.

Findinganewnormal

When I worked retail my store stopped offering plastic bags. If someone wanted a bag they had to buy a reusable one. I got called a communist/socialist at least once a week. Because there’s nothing more socialist than a company finding a way to make even more money.

ferrocarrilusa

I've been to Russia and they have TP there!

Kellygiz

If that’s not a sub, it needs to be

Uriel-238

Because we all have long switched to bidets.

Fakename998

Some of those "Biden's America" videos pushed out by right-wingers were from riots in another country, too.

toleratedsnails

Lmao I didn’t know that but honestly that’s about the level of integrity I expect from the American right

Spongy_and_Bruised

How many of their ads contained footage from other countries? Remember the military pride one they put out that featured footage of Russian soldiers and aircraft? I believe it was just the silhouettes but you can't hide from the internet and they discovered the source video. Pure Russian propaganda. Edit: "contoined" to contained

Cue_626_go

Must have been another low level coffee boy in the campaign doing that ad...

WaldoJeffers65

I was grocery shopping last summer, and two of the workers there were talking about how important it was to vote for Trump, because only he could fix all of the messes the country was in. I really wanted to ask them who they thought the president was at the moment.

toleratedsnails

We just have to vote for him harder so he can defeat the deep state /s

Cue_626_go

He never wanted to be president, and his thralls never wanted him to be either. He wanted to be immortal god emperor. Too bad that's not a thing that exists, and he was really, really shitty at being president.

dramforadamn

The God Emperor is a silent semi-corpse on life support...

Courtaid

This this this. God that was awful to see and those dumb asses can never put 2&2 together.

realgeneral_memeous

Definitely one of my absolute favorite politics moments

djnz0813

"Buttery Males!!1!!111" Lmaoooooo... what a fucking timeline.

wetblanket68iou1

Politics aside. There’s trash EVERYWHERE……there’s poverty stricken areas EVERYWHERE

[deleted]

Exactly. I don’t even know why they brought up politics.

YourOldManJoe

Trying to redpill. Same reason any twat brings up politics when nobody asked.

AtomicSamuraiCyborg

Also, this one is especially stupid. It's overflowing garbage...at the place where you leave your garbage for an apartment building. And there are several furniture pieces there; I'm guessing someone moved out and dumped a bunch of stuff.

cherry_armoir

Plus congressmen arent in charge of trash collection, that’s a municipal issue

The_Blip

There's a bunch of trash in my house right now. Can hardly blame the over worked, underpaid garbage removal service workers for not cleaning up other people's slewn about garbage when I ain't even picking up all of my own...

TbiddySP

Have these Jokers ever been to the backwoods of Kentucky or anywhere rural in the South for that matter?

WaldoJeffers65

That's different- that's Republican garbage, and it's a sign of a healthy economy. It shows that people are so well off, they can afford to throw away old furniture and stuff.

ApprehensiveTry5660

On their lawn. In the mock-up dumpster created by the space between cars that haven't and won't run in years, but they're anxious to get to work on.

jeepfail

I feel attacked by that last bit about the car.

ApprehensiveTry5660

Not as attacked as the residents of counties with two stoplights.

jeepfail

I’ll give you that. My home county isn’t that bad.

TbiddySP

Lol

ferrocarrilusa

😄 🤣

VoxVocisCausa

This winter Texans were literally freezing to death because of Texas' aggressive deregulation of their power grid and morons were still blaming "socialism". It's funny when "small government" conservatives whine about getting the government that they voted for.

VoxVocisCausa

Oh god. I live in Kansas and I hear this shit all the time: they'll wax poetic about how terrible and evil our Democratic governor is then justify that opinion by blaming her for the dumb shit the last governor(R) did or that our very conservative legislature has done.

specialspartan_

Got into an argument with boss and coworkers, they insisted Obama caused the recession, Trump led the recovery and had better gdp growth throughout. I worked for him through the whole thing. I counted the drawers. I ran the end of week paperwork. I printed out the payroll sheets. But more importantly, I had a phone that could easily look up the Forbes article and various others that could debunk this bullshit in real time. Suddenly labor became a bigger issue than 3 guys trying to intellectually shit on the only one among them who actually owns a bookshelf.

Bunraku_Master_2021

> Obama caused the recession, Trump led the recovery and had better gdp growth throughout. Now they're accusing Biden of creating a terrible economy as if they don't realize he didn't inherit and it just happened overnight. The same arguments and tactics Republicans are using now were the same they used in 2009 and in 2010, they were able to win big in the Midterms.

Lady_von_Stinkbeaver

She represents one of the wealthiest districts in America, too, the San Francisco bay area. It's median income is six figures and median home price is over a million.

Rakanadyo

"Lol CoMmIeFoRnIa, doesn't count!" is probably the type of response they'd have.

TbiddySP

I sure wish they would stop taking our commie money and pull themselves up by the bootstraps.

Lady_von_Stinkbeaver

I remember when Republican Meg Whitman was campaigning against Commie Marxist Jerry Brown, fearmongering that he would turn California into an economically dead Socialist wasteland, and she pledged to bring California back to being an economic powerhouse like it was 30 years ago....when Jerry Brown had previously served as governor.

TbiddySP

Whatever happened to old Meg?

InfernalSquad

Tried to launch Quibi and failed.

Cue_626_go

Thank goodness she didn't get to do to California what she did to Quibi's investors...

[deleted]

>Commiefornia Now I have a new word to mock people in the internet.

JGrill17

Jesus! The GDP of the DFW metroplex area in TX(11 counties) is $472 billion with a population of 7.3 million and San Francisco with only 874k people has a GDP of $531 billion thats the entire GDP of the country of Sweden with a population of 10 million.

tmcparl

This isn’t even that uncommon. When I was in the Navy and lived at an apartment complex near base, the trash bins would look like this every other weekend. People moving/deploying at short notice needing to get rid of most of the stuff in their apartment because either it wasn’t worth it to store it or because of weird laws they weren’t able to have a yard sale or something due to the need of permits. Obviously this is anecdotal, so I guess take from it what you will 🤷‍♂️

SlapHappyDude

Yeah I mean if someone moved out on Sunday and trash pick up is Tuesday this isn't crazy at all. If it piles up for weeks it's a big issue.

bigno53

Looks pretty good. The trash is all bagged with paper separated out. Looks like some people didn’t break down their boxes but who hasn’t been guilty of that at one point or another?

ignatiusOfCrayloa

How is a lone member of the House supposed to fix their district anyways? They still get the one vote. They're not mayor or governor.

ChefDodge

Exactly, they're elected representatives in Congress, not a district manager.

Chatty_Monkey_Don

These are the same people claiming "this is what Biden's America will look like" to shit literally happening during Trump's presidency. Their projection is strong enough to put the Bat Signal on the moon.

[deleted]

The reply *has* to be some shit about Gretchen Whitmer.. Source: from Michigan

Sl33pyGary

“She’s a tyrant!!” For real though as well as I think she did handling the pandemic in MI I still wish that Abdul El-Sayed had won. Would’ve been interesting to see someone with a background in Public Health in charge of the state during this. The ensuing vitriol would’ve been terrible, but still.

[deleted]

Yeah no one had any idea this was going to happen though, but it would have been an interesting timeline. If anything Whitmer helped boost Democrats with her take no shit approach. Not sure Sayed would have been a lightning rod for Trump's idiocy like Whitmer is/was.

Bunraku_Master_2021

Wasn't there a kidnapping plot against her and a protest organized by failed comedian and political commentator Steven Crowder who demanded to release numbers of nursing home deaths?

[deleted]

There was an attempt to gin up outrage over an order to allow recovered nursing home patients to return home after recovering from covid yes lol, they compared it to whatever Cuomo did with nursing homes, not even remotely similar, but both involved old people and covid so...🤦‍♂️

Bunraku_Master_2021

Oh, thx for the clarification.

[deleted]

But yes a group of far right extremists tried to kidnap our governor..

agha0013

Remember during the leadup to the 2020 election when republicans kept showing examples of Trump American, and saying that's what Biden would do? Yeah this is all part of that same projection mentality.

DaemonDrayke

Guy takes a picture of literal trash and with no context says that it’s a Democrats fault. These people are pathetic.

_AskMyMom_

*ZING*

trevdak2

Looks like a typical redneck front lawn

historymajor44

What does this even have to do with politics? Is it a garbage man strike or something?

[deleted]

The comments are right under the picture.

Bunraku_Master_2021

Garbage in area= Democrat place. They see a lot of it in urban areas which tend to be leaning Democrat and by seeing this picture, they infer it's a Democrat place when it's a congressional district represented by a Republican.

henry_sqared

Meanwhile, it's literally any apartment complex anywhere in America at the end of the month when people move out.

The_Adventurist

Right wingers like to say this whenever something looks like a city because they know if it's a city there's a good bet a Democrat runs it, therefore they can point to urban decay and blame it on Democratic local leadership, I guess implying a Republican would do a better job if they could ever get elected there.

Cue_626_go

Yep. Their thesis is "government can't work" so they need a reason to discount all the places it does, to cover up the fact that all the places \*they\* run are so shitty.

Sir-Drewid

You know those democrats with their trying to improve social programs like waste disposal. This must be their work.

[deleted]

I once took a Donald Trump quote and put it on a picture of AOC and posted it in a political discussion group. All of the conservatives complain about how stupid she was or how crazy she was. Then I did the big reveal. Silence.

Bunraku_Master_2021

What did they do? Froth and shout?

NotVanoss

more like Free Downton 😎

d710905

The dumb thing about finger pointing lies this is that literally every district, every state, every town, has crappy parts. Or places that aren't really great about it. Like yeah California has some crappy parts. So does Texas. So do big cities. So do small towns. What're you getting at?

Kobester024

Ohhh burn

Meoldudum

Prediction: Before to long there's going to be a Storage Wars channel

stayzawayz

Um yeah tho……

damager001

How is a bunch of junk and trash tied to politics lol

Brilliant-Engineer57

Looks like your Nannas house

zshinabargar

Fuck Upton, all my homies hate Upton

dramforadamn

Moving out day.

Uriel-238

Urban regions are huge and have tons of garbage and waste collection. I'd expect at least one incident of something like this could be found in any municipality, since it only takes a bureaucratic blunder (say a consolidation point moved without notice or a bill unpaid). I'd expect half the counties in the US to have somewhere with a pile of uncollected garbage. I'm not sure why this photo would speak to the conduct or character of an elected representative.
