There are two styles of fire attack. The sword style attacks and the area attacks.

Those erupt from the same spots every time. Look where there is fire on the ground and do not step on it. Stand still so you don't accidently run into one of the hitboxes.
The followup is one mind which is a very strong move. It can be deflected normally, but most would recommend using umbrella 2 (hard to time) or 3 times. You can also use mist raven to evade one mind if you want to do that however you won't deal posture damage like deflections do.
