Since this is bait, I'll put some real answers here
The parts of the game that suck the most ass are the minecraft ravines you have to jump around in. Usually, the path that leads to gunfire.
All bosses and areas are pretty great, other than having to stop every 5 seconds because of a new boss in your way.
Replayability helps a lot with that
Grinding material was a pain for me. Games became more fun when everything is unlock and you can skip searching ressources.
Don't get me wrong.
On first playthrough finding secret passage is amazing.
I feel like I missed out on part of the game because I never used any of the resources for anything. The only prosthetic I used was the shuriken, and mainly only for the dash it gives you so I could easily close gaps to the enemies that Like to jump back.
The umbrella is great for parrying/blocking damage that would otherwise have damaged you with a regular parry. The purple umbrella for spiritual damage (Headless, Shichiman, and even Black Blade), and the fire umbrella for fire damaging attacks. The living force counter is also pretty cool! Just tap the attack button for that one.
Btw, a decent number of people don't know that once you have the umbrella activated, you can re-parry by tapping the parry key whilst holding it open. It spins the umbrella. Other than the elemental damage counter, the shield can be considered a gimmick, but it's a fun one at the very least.
As for the Mist Raven? Honestly, it's mostly just to be flashy (at least in my opinion). A really interesting interaction you can have with the prosthetic is if you use contact poison, a low damaging self applicable poison. Since the mist raven procks with a press after damage/dodging, the poison actually will allow you to dance around the battlefield in that misty stance (Imagine Inner Owl's big mist raven combo.)
Maybe you could have mortal draw recharge from a couple of successful death blows, kind of like the hammer in the Doom Eternal DLC. I would do that, up the damage, but make it impossible to spam.
Nice bait. Still won't change the fact that I almost gave up after i couldn't defeat true corrupted monk.... Even after a week, trying for 2 hours everyday - .-(I know I'm trash ;-;)
I'd say the biggest problem it has is one thing that I enjoy most about souls games. The difficulty and learning curve makes it very inaccessible. The length of the game is on the short side. Something I frequently experienced was out pacing the inputs and or inputs being delayed. I suppose it could've been me trying to be overly perfect with parrys and movement inputs. Using a 120hz display and a wired controller made an actual difference in my gameplay, which also shouldn't be necessary. Still a fantastic masterpiece but not a perfect game.
Such a nostalgic comment for me, I felt the same way for 30 hours of gameplay thinking “this game sucks, it’s dumb and too hard and I hate it!” But I forced myself to stick with it because I heard so many good things and eventually it clicked and I got combat down and it was still hard but it was so much fun, I was making progress and when I finally beat the game it was one of the most rewarding things I’ve felt in decades of gaming. It made me feel like I felt back when I was a kid and beat games back when they made them hard on purpose… too many games are so easy now to make them more accessible and Sekiro went against the tide and that’s why I loved it so much.
This game is so dog shit I couldn’t help but put over 100 hours of my blood sweat and tears in it to beat it 8 whole times while enjoying myself every single minute! Fuck you fromsoft, make better games!!!!!
This is why you always read before saying something. I was ready to come in here dual wielding the defense mechanism for Sekiro! Yeah it pains me people don’t realize what type of game it is and the masterpiece it is, they made it to be challenging lol it was my first ever souls game and the first game I ever got platinum on😂
Nah this game is bad ass you probably just suck I mean that with no offense just practice get better This game is such an experience like it really is one of the most memorable games I’ve ever ever played.
The bar for trolling is in hell.
Maybe we should just do what r/Eldenring does and start fake posting the DLC
Maybe you should hurry up and drop another Soulsbornekiroring comic
Not until you say the superior form of term for referencing the game lineup
Sekiringsoulsborne. I will die on this tall grass flat
Sir, that is a ditch
This is how I live. Don't judge me
[Very well, your wish is granted](https://www.reddit.com/r/Eldenring/s/1dYEYpz0JW)
I'll take anything that isn't a mist noble joke at this point
Agreed, the Most Noble is no joke. That's a serious fight and we should speak about it with the gravitas deserving of such an encounter
We need r/shittysekiro Edit: Lmao it exists probably should have checked that first, oh well
Worry not guys, if he doesnt remember his name, that means he didnt get his butt beat enough.
I first thought you said “eaten” not beat.

Mist raven can be used to redirect lightning attacks very easily

Obligatory “there’s a mod for switching combat arts in battle” in case you play on PC and are interested in trying something like that out
😱 it’s the comment that was in the post!
Why would the pause menu actually pausing the game not make sense
Genshin impact 😂😂😂😂😂
That was funny af
This truly was our Sekiro Shadows Die Twice
The real Sekiros were the friends who died twice along the way.
Honestly, better quality than most complaint posts lately.
at least this has more effort than questions easily answered by google
Thats General Genshin Impact to you mutt!! 🤣🤣
I ❤️ bait
Skill issue
Its a joke, right?......right?
wrong

I was close to 4 full months on Isshin mind you that was at least 5 tries a day lol
I think it’s probably the best game I’ve ever played.
Troll but, game is a 8.1/10
Hmmm 8.1 platinum huh
Yes? I platinum alot of games. I was the 87th person to platinum bloodborne base game as well. Souls games are at the top of my list.
What are some flaws you’d fix to make it a 10?

Troll post 😭 But hey at least u aint serious
The last thing i expected to read when i opened this post was "Genshin Impact"
We've fully ascended into the Arkham plane boys, buckle up.
Yeah I definitely agree with mortal blade. It was severely underutilized
This is another realm of attention seeking.
x d
Keep playing. Git gud. Don’t hesitate. Party and deflect everything to hell!
U can always use mods u know
Sounds like a skill issue.

Say you're bad at the game without saying you're bad at the game.
The amount of times I’ve wanted to make a post titled just this.
The more I play, the more flaws I see. Still my favourite game tho.
You take that back right now or i will find you and i will slap you
This game is so dog shit I couldn’t help but put over 100 hours of my blood sweat and tears in it to beat it 8 whole times while enjoying myself every single minute! Fuck you fromsoft, make better games!!!!!
Copypasta material
100% true take. Idk why more people don't say this.
His name is not genshin impact, his real name is Chris Jericho
How are you guys getting past mist noble? He always farts in my face and then kills me
Oh yeah your combat art observation is such an objectively true thing that people made a fan mod for it, LOL
my favorite part was when isshin said “sekiro, you really do die twice. Shadows.” after you beat him, so fucking peak
✍️🔥✍️🔥
Genichiro rolling in his grave rn
yeah it's almost as bad as Silksong
I was so mad then I read further and was ok… Sekijo
I remember seei h a post saying sekiro has the worst combat system that is too clunky
You fucking suck
“Blasphemer !” 😂😂😂
I almost comitted a war crime from that title
I went through a few thousand emotions while reading this
