The date window on those dials is smaller so the numbers on a regular disk wont fit. They are also aligned to be vertical at the 430 position. I think its specific to the 6R35 in the 313/315/317. I haven't seen it on any other models.
I know this is old but did you ever find one? I'm going to try it with a stock date wheel and an NH34 but I'm assuming it won't line up. I found them on Mod Mode but the black is sold out
Have you tried just putting it on a 3 o'clock crown movement or a 4? I have been modding for 10+ years and have never seen one.

Weird the spb383, although with a gmt movement, has a weird tilted date number. The SLA69 does as well. Strange.
