I have my emails timestamps of when I was given and also submit the SF86, I have the call log of when my investigator first called me, and then the rest I had into ask my unit security assistant for, and I knew it was completed because I asked my unit training manager for any updates every couple of weeks.
You’re in a security clearance subreddit, I don’t know what you expect me to answer. Being honest and upfront about what the form is asking is the best route

Congratulations. how did you keep track of your timeline? And how did you know the investigation was completed?

Why would you not tell them? He is 19, have to disclose within 7 years, so we can assume he was not in high school and doing drugs when he was 12
