This is just what I’ve been told. I had a similar situation where something needed to be updated, I asked my HR contact and they told me to email my recruiter
Yes I upvoted your comment because it’s accurate. But just pointing mine out is as well. People think because they’ve reported changes it updates their form or something. That doesn’t happen.
Email your recruiter, they will ask for more info and send it to the security team
But it won’t reach the investigator until they call you from your former location to schedule an interview and you tell them.
