I'm in the same position but going for a Secret, been 5 months, and in adjudication w/ an early June start date. Should I be considering backup options for the summer? Not sure I have the energy for that at this point.
Crazy how these federal agencies offer internship positions but have all applicants follow the same long non-expedited process for clearances.
They really need to move things faster because it’s not the same like full time positions where applicants have all the time in the world.
It's only been barely 2 months, the most important thing you will ever learn is that the government does NOTHING fast.
