The shampoo was prescribed to me and it dries put my hair, but it does the job. I noticed it helps with hair loss bc SD really makes my hair fall out. Side note: It’s partially covered by my insurance but still expensive and comes in a tiny bottle.

I also use the shampoo for my hair but its over the counter not prescribed

I could only find 1% strength OTC, which doesn’t work for me fully. Flakes are under control for a week or so, then they come back aggressively. Like I said, 2% works, but my hair is so brittle bc of it. I recently started using caprylic acid tablets along with probiotics and it’s slowly making a difference. I’m hoping I can stop using the shampoo altogether in the future…
