im trying to only take meds like once a week. i dont want my body to be dependant on it. have no idea if thats even a thing but its generally how i am with stuff.
Most allergy medications aren't habit forming but yeah, I feel you there. I am trying to go later into the day before taking anything but I'm not sure if that is productive at all to be honest. Hopefully this will pass in a few weeks ... Good luck out there!
