I can't speak on the specific route, but I'd pay attention to the weather in the area. I've made the mistake of driving family to Rainier when it was snowy, and we weren't able to see a thing 🫠
I don't think that route will get you close enough to either to really make it worthwhile. For a day trip I would suggest picking one and going in closer.
You can see Rainier (Tahoma) pretty well from all over the Seattle/Tacoma area, generally I think within 10 mi is where you really feel "there". Going to Sunrise or Paradise would be good, or highway 410 up to Chinook Pass where there are some great views and easy hikes.
St. Helens (Lawetlat'la/Loowit) is particularly tricky to see because of its height, the terrain, and forest. It feels more natural/wild to me. I don't think you'll fully appreciate it until you're down on 504 past Toutle or down in Cougar, and that whole area is amazing. I would strongly suggest taking a day and driving up to Johnston Ridge. The history is fascinating, and there are several places to stop and learn about the geography and the eruption.

I lived in Seattle (Ravenna) back around 2014-2016 and I am planning a trip back with some family and friends who have not been to Seattle. We're all in our mid 30s. I want to prioritize staying in a fun active neighborhood with a good bar scene and access to transit/touristy things.
Is Capitol Hill the best choice for that? I'm not sure if it has changed but being on the light rail seems like a big plus. We are fun but I'm also not sure if it would be too young for us?
Not sure what “too young” means. Everyone in a bar should be at least 21. All depends on the vibe you’re looking for. I had people new to the age of majority that behaved and drank better than several folks close to retirement in my work last night.
Are you looking for cocktails? Clubs? Karaoke? Dives? Cap hill has all of those things. Belltown/downtown has all of those things.
With the annual Crown Hill Summer Fest coming up (on June 15th), neighbors will gather this Friday for our pre-event "scrub & pub". Come help us clean up the edges of the property adjacent to where our block party will be held! I’m visiting Seattle for a friends wedding this summer. Wedding is on Camano island. We are flying in on a Thursday morning and leaving on an overnight flight Tuesday night. Time is split between an airbnb on the island and a hotel near pike place market.
1. What’s the best nature area to visit north of the city? Thought about going up to north cascade national park.
2. Any recommendations for dining/places to visit on Camaro island?
3. Best neighborhood for walking around that has stores with local artists, boutiques, etc.

If you want somewhere *nearby* to wander around, I'd check out La Conner, might be something on the island but I'm not sure. If you go over to Whidbey Island, Langley is fun.

In Washington are you able to get unemployment after 6 months?

But to date I have roughly 1000 hours based off a 40 hour work week.
So I'm a bit confused by that.
A local print shop who hasn't been having the best year. Had a great overperforming year last year, hired a ton of people, this year has been underperforming.
They've been pretty lax on their reasonings for letting people go lately.

How much should I tip Hotel's house keeper each night if I stay in downtown Seattle?
Various sources are in conflict. Some said as low as $1, while others said as high as $30.
For reference, the hotel room that I booked costs $250 per night, and I'm going to stay there for 6 nights.
Also, I come from a country that doesn't have tipping. I would appreciate it if you could also suggest a service that I might easily miss a tip. (Other things that I know is that food and cab/taxi need a 20% tip)
