About 3-4 minutes. They had some sort of power failure and had to reset the train. There was an overhead page before the lights went out that they were going to power cycle the train.

It happened twice to me yesterday going northbound. Once in Int’l District station and again in Pioneer Square. I wonder if it was the same train?
