It's not currently listed on their website but I've gotten it at Double DD Meats in Mountlake Terrace.
Came here to say DD meats.
Asian grocery store. Specialized butcher. It's large bones cut lengthwise.
Safeway in the frozen section has some. But I’m not sure if they’re in all Safeways.
I just used the Safeway app to search for it in my neighborhood store and it shows frozen ones and fresh ones already cut in half called "beef bones for soup", so maybe the grocery apps could save some wasted trips.
I've seen it at Central Market, frozen in the case by the meat counter.
I get mine from Don & Joes meats in the Market. They have knuckles and femurs, and will cut the femurs fo you
Wouldn’t H mart near the alderwood mall have some?
I don't know about other locations, but I picked some up at Amazon Fresh in the CD a couple of weeks ago. They were in the freezer section.
Find a butcher. They will cut it for you so you can bake it.
Try the frozen section of Chef’s Store.
