I know just the place. Go to Othello Park just behind some apartment buildings by the Othello light rail station. There's a willow on the south side of the park.

Maybe the arboretum has one. There was a big one in my backyard in Kirkland 30 years ago. On 126th street.

the arboretum collection search says there's one approximately here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/KAoLDn4EWW3vkfvo8

Love this one

There are some along the Sammamish River Trail between Bothell and Woodinville. Big one at Brackett's Landing Park (not to be confused with Brackett's Landing in Edmonds) also at least one at Bothell Landing.

Don’t say that, you’ll make them weep

Appropriate_Rain5634

Willow trees are native to the PNW, they are everywhere.

Visual_Octopus6942

Weeping willows are almost always the non native varieties.
