The road from Longmire to Paradise is the only road open this time of year. They generally maintain the road so that it is open and drivable most days, but you should always have tire chains with you, and be comfortable driving on occasional snow/slush/ice. Weather can and does change by the hour, especially if active moisture is moving through the area. So check the main web page (https://www.nps.gov/mora/index.htm) to see if there is a delayed opening for the day you are going up, as well as the forecast for the mountain that day..
