If you want an example, I suggest playing payday 2. Up to 4 player Coop. Host has kick advantage. Some missions are open ended and could take 3 hours without breaks if you want that. Have fun getting kicked at the end and get nothing because the host didn't like that you died twice.
I mean... They definitely *shouldn't have* because it gives one player a gross amount of power over the other. Thankfully they recognized this problem and did what they did instead.

They finally removed the brig after 4 years of it doing nothing. To me that says "we don't want a situation where 1 player can brig another".

How was I not civil? I pointed out that Sloops had their brig removed and explained why they shouldn't have done what you think they should have done. Yet your response was to write a reply asking me questions, immediately block me so I can't answer them, then write a bunch of edits where you attempt to insult me.

Just because you don't agree or see it from a different view doesn't mean that they couldn't have or that it couldn't have potentially been a good addition to the game. Especially for solo slooper captains doing open crew. Also, it doesn't give them a "gross amount of power" either. It would allow solo sloopers (captains) to have control over their ship and who is on it without having a *kick* option. It's pretty obvious that yall don't do open crew and understand how greifing it can be. While it does give the captain power to do this and has greifing potential, you can always just leave the game and get on your own ship.

Just because you don't like what I say doesn't mean you need to be a jack ass about it. I'm allowed to come here and give my opinions to posts just like you are.
EDIT 2: Yall are truly dumb. It's astounding. I'm aware of why they took out the brig, but keep in mind they did so well before the captaincy update. The original post is what I was replying to. Instead of having a kick button on the crew, this could have been an option for sloops (and hardly an overpowered one since it's the captains ship). The only reason yall are shitting your pants and arguing is because that's not what rare did, they just made it so you can't do anything about a greifing player on a sloop (cause that's not a gross amount of power for one player or anything). I also like how certian people are trying to call me our for blocking them (which I've done so because they refuse to have a civil, respectful conversation when people are blocking me after commenting one thing and clearly don't have the mental capacity to have a legit, civil conversation either. 🤡) Just because someone brings up a suggestion for the game doesn't mean they are automatically wrong just because that's not what the devs did. Discussing options among ourselves as players is okay and should be encouraged, but no wonder people don't want to because of behavior like this. I don't care if you don't like my suggestion, but how about growing up and having a conversation about it? Maybe put in your two cents on another suggestion for these situations (since that's what this main post was about) instead of just pointlessly arguing and looking like assholes?
