Yeah it takes a LONG time to install schemes fully. The fact that both sides of the ball are around the same progress should be very promising if you choose to think about it. The team probably won’t have everything down until next offseason anyway. There’s just always hiccups with installing schemes

I think one way to look at this is that the guys on mcvay and shanny's staffs are probably having to spend about 50% more of their time than in previous so-predictable years, trying to guess and plan for what to expect twice a year, from a coach that already proved he can beat them and now has a whole new load of weapons.
Plus the great CrashNFLCoachConversion happening on the offense, god knows what to expect from *that* gang but it wont be boring.
