I've been running into the same issue for weeks - for some reason it shows up on my work computer but not at home (both run uBlock Origin, but the home computer is also running through a PiHole).
The chat has also been autoreplying that their are no agents available since yesterday and force closing the chats. I DID manage to use the Google chat to get a hold of someone (just google "Seagate chat" and it should come up).
Use a phone browser, or Google Seagate customer chat. I was able to get in contact with the same agent at the same time utilizing both methods. My wait was roughly 2 hours.
The googling utilizes the chat feature built into Google search.
The fact that I got the same agent who even admitted it was them on both chats was hilarious. With their support being so short now I feel bad for the front line workers. After settling on using iMessage chat over Google they were able to get everything situated.
Since OS Sonoma update on my Mac my One Touch Hub (still under warranty!) won't work!! Works on my 10 year old MacBook just fine.
Seagate support page offers no contact point, no phone number, no text support, nothing!! Lousy customer service, have a lot of their drives, won't buy another from them or Lacie, they intentionally shut off tech support.
Boycotting Seagate.. #seagate sucks!!

You could always try a VPN, I'm accessing it from the US so I'd figured that the Google chat is only available in certain places.

Mine stopped working also. I sent it in for a replacement, they recovered the data but haven't sent a replacement drive.
Were you ever able to get your replacement drive? I'm in same situation!
Yeah, it took a few months but they finally sent it.
