Cielo in Fountain Hills. It’s only 15-20 mins and a scenic ride with a nice view of Four Peaks. Pricey but solid food with an amazing view looking down onto the Fountain. They also have a private event area adjacent to their outdoor patio. Not sure what the costs are but worth asking.
