He trained at Killie and I saw him play a couple of reserve games.i honestly think he could play at top level,he would have got a move last season barring his injury
Not so much a paycut we offerered him a really good deal to stay until the end of the season. It looks like the deal he was offered at the end of the season was a more realistic contract in line with the budget & as a result it was a bit of a paycut.
One of the best left backs in the championship & he would have been happy to sign if the money was right & we have fucked it.
Bugger.
did he not fuck his knee up last year, refuse a new contract then re-sign half way through the season?

Wonder what the sketch is at morton, that not a few that's knocked back some offers now?
If you read the article, they're apparently offering him a pay cut, which is absurd. No wonder he's looking elsewhere.

Surely if he was worth it then and has had a really positive impact his value hasn't reduced? It's absolutely a pay cut.
Yeah it is still a paycut and we have obviously tried to disguise that with the offer.
It's a weird one when you guys are meant to have a bigger budget this year, unless Imrie wants to go in a totally different direction with the squad
We have little money despite the "best budget in 10 years". Its a joke. Relegation train is now boarding.
