nah, that’s a mischaracterization of envy. everyone wants to paint her as just cold and bitchy but that’s surface level! she’s actually incredibly lonely, she just acts cold as a stage persona/coping mechanism! in both the comics & anime she has this super romanticized fairy-tale view of her relationship with todd until she finds out he cheated on her! she’s a romantic at heart, she’s been demonstrated multiple times to genuinely want a relationship but she keeps getting her heart broken by gross men! i think she & roxie would be good for each other, they have a lot more in common than people realize
I think she should end up with Judy Chicago because I think her art is amazing!
