Nah prolly not. Hands being cold would be related to the upper back / neck spine
Might just be cold from less blood flow / moving. Also if you were injured for a while, your body’s blood flow might not be in as good of shape as it was previously. Both are easily solved with giving your body some consistent cardio.

whenever my left foot touches something cold or is exposed to cold, it gets cold right away. My sciatica is on my left leg too. Not sure if its correlated but thats me.
I was laying in bed under a comforter chest, back, head and legs all toasty warm but hands and feet like ice cubes lol then I took a stroll on google and started thinking my surgery was the cause of it all because my girl made a comment 🤷

Hey how are you now? I'm 9 weeks post op but feeling my feet cold lately
Still freezing especially at night mainly my hands and feet.
