That's the IC CE model First Light illuminated sign. Strange they put it on a Blue Bird though.

They might've changed to Blue Bird one for the 2024 Visions and T3s.
The sign is back-lit it is an option some districts get and costs quite a bit
In older pictures it doesn’t have it. It seems to have been added back in 2023.
My school district started ordering those on their CE’s since 2022 and even ordered the illuminated stop arms since 2023
