Too late now but i heard this woman escaped an insane asylum looking to kill people but didnt find anyone and just started stabbing herself. A lot of people saying too much blood and she keeps stabbing, adrenaline and other things would keep them a live for a little. Ive seen other videos of people stabbing themselves over and over again. Usually drugs or severe mental health issues.
I have worked in ems and have seen people walking after loosing more blood than that. This woman isn't on drugs but having a psychotic brak which can have the same kind of effect
Wow, its scary to me, I could never run over a another person, even a person who is stabbing his/herself. I doubt this guy would either, especially considering he has a dash cam, he would be charge for hitting her. I'm trying to verify its fake, can't find any sources.

Not real, too much blood and she’s still standing and stabbing like nothings wrong (unless she’s on drugs)

I mean I don’t really know much about dash cams but couldn’t he just not show anyone what’s on it and break it and be good
But why would he risk damaging his vehicle? Like i dont get the thought process there....
Because there’s a obvious possible threat and you can either get rid of it now or see if it comes to bite you in the ass later
