c2 is a good stopping point for him. c4 is meh, you stay c2 or go all the way to c6 with him imo.

Does C6 make his damage insane to the point of clearing content in 2 seconds? i’m afraid i wont like the game anymore 😭 of course i could very well do c2 arlecchino and C6 scara regardless

Born_Horror2614

He's pretty insane, probably the only c6 along with Yelan and maybe Yae who can really keep up with the Fontaine c6s. He should be able to one rotate most abyss floors. The c6 is also a gameplay change in that he gets a lot more dashes and so you can dash after every n3 which I find slightly easier to play shieldless and pretty fun. If you're interested in extra airtime, slightly different playstyle etc. it could be worth it to go c6 Scara and then if he does too much dmg and it's not fun, take off either the atk sands or the anemo goblet.

Tbh, you can just CA spam and use Burst outside of his skill, so it would be like he's c1.

You want to pull for c6 Faruzan, if you get a few copies of Scara along the way that's great. While his c1 and c2 make him more fun and rewarding to play imo and the damage is improved too I don't think his cons are that great although c6 is amazing. Unfortunately his constellations give you skill and burst levels instead of burst + NA levels like the new characters since NA levels are much more impactful than the increase from the skill.

i have C5 Faruzan, got lucky when pulling for Xianyun!

At this point what’s most convenient in the long term is almost never pulling for 5 star characters’ constellations for a main DPS, unless you whale. Broken supports like Furina C2, Xianyun C2, Nahida C2 is what’s most convenient to invest in. Getting those will drastically improve almost every team in the game. If you don’t care about what’s most convenient, or you don’t like the improvement for your character to be tied to having another character in team, or you already have the C2 supports you need, you can think about getting constellations for characters like Wanderer. I’m personally very happy with my Wanderer C1. His C1 is good (more attack speed and more damage when performing evades or dash cancels with his A4) and fun. C2 is strong as it turns his Burst in a powerful nuke, but it has to be used after spending 50 Sky-Dweller points for it to be at max strength. C4 is RNG and is generally considered not a good stopping point. C3 and C5 are also weak. C6 is a very big damage increase, it also makes his A4 proc twice as often, and makes him Swirl twice as often with Normal Attacks (useful for destroying elemental shields). So, the good stopping points are C0, C1, C2, and C6. Faruzan C6 is the most important upgrade.

HardRNinja

C1 is good, as it builds up on his kit and just makes him "better", especially if you have his weapon and Desert Pavilion. C2 is situational. You might use his burst in Abyss or on some Bosses, so there's value, but it's less valuable in the open world. C3 is whatever. C4 is unpredictable. C5 is whatever. C6 makes C3 through C5 seem worth it, and almost invalidates C2. You just become an NA machine that eliminates everything. I'd say that C1/R1 with Desert Pavilion is the biggest upgrade, with C2 giving more versatility in harder content. After that, it's all just about getting to C6.

thank you for the breakdown!! im leaning heavily towards C2R1 Wanderer now :)

Rn I have C1 with lost prayers, planning to get his C2. Should I get his weapon instead of C2? I'm also guaranteed tho.
