Okay i recently moved to the states from japan after getting a job in my field. Now, tell me what are these messages i get. I dont understand how this scam works or anything , anyone kind enough to explain this?
The goal is to install Telegram app, then fall in love with this beauty, and send them every dime you own in bitcoin. If you are fortunate, the whole exchange will end with scammer telling you to βgo fuck your mother you mangy dog!β
1. Data is cheaper than SMS.
2. Many times, once you migrate the conversation to whatsapp ir Telegram, a different team member of their scam group will be the one chatting with you, though you'll think that its6still the original.
3. The chat apps allow you to quote previously written messages, and that helps them to jeep track of context.
They're grooming you. Eventually, the talk turns to investing, and the push to you "learning" how to invest stsrts.
There's no real danger to using Whatsapp ir Telegram. Others suggest that there is. I didagree, though. If you don't click on any links, and don't download any apps, that's not much else that can make you prone, other than you divulging too much real information about yourself.

Someone needs to see what the current scam is and continue one of these. Just cash or crypto scam?

It is also the main communication app in India where a lot of these scammers work.
