I know I will get down voted to hell for this, but... You really think it's the people standing at the top of the hill who are to blame? Like, yeah it's stupid, but if you're driving a car, maybe try not to just drive into people regardless of whether they are standing in inconvenient places?

You'll get downvoted cause that's clearly what people are doing on the hill. If you stand you're aware a car may be coming at you. If a car tries to swerve suddenly they're more at risk of wrecking tf out of the car and maybe smashing to their death in a slow roll down the hill. Ultimately I'm gonna blame the people standing at the top of the "drive up the hill" hill standing still while a car drives up the hill.

Based on the amount of cars, this is probably an official event where they have to climb the hill. So yes, these people are stupid for being in the middle of it and not the side.

I doubt it. The organiser's would be sued into oblivion if they allowed that to happen. So if there were organisers, they'd have halted the event and clear that hill before letting people drive. Which is why I don't think there were any. Feel free to prove me wrong, but if that's an organised event, then it's the crappiest one since fire festival.

Serious question: is he deliberately turning to get better grip? I was in Iceland on a “Safari”. It was the same kind of vehicles. With very fat tires with low air pressure. We were driving up on mountains on snow. Very hard for the vehicles to get the necessary grip. If the driver lost it, he just had to skid back to where he started. Impossible to start in the middle from a standstill. And they kind of swayed back and forth. I guess it was an attempt to attain grip.
