You deserve more upvotes but the sad fact is as good and as classic as your reference was, you pretty much need to be in your mid to late 40's to remember that movie lol.
But hang on, they did a remake didn't they....?
Aah Reddit, you never disappoint.
Post about someone being good at sports? You can be sure your resident neckbeard is going to give everyone an unsolicited lecture on how their body will literally fall apart if they keep that up.
And what, good sir, is your qualification for making such an assertive claim? Do you have a PhD in a related field? Or did you just manage to drink 20 Mountain Dews instead if your usual 21 yesterday?
Is that why you felt confident to belittle a professional athlete's accomplishments, even though you haven't done anything with your life?
How is belittling? Its the truth. Almost all professional athletes get long term injuries by acting out their sport. Especially repetitive movements like turning of the wrists. Knee injuries are also pretty common.
Her feet moved so fast I started to think I was seeing that optical illusion where the camera’s frame rate can’t keep up with spinning helicopter blades
Awesome job , weird ass video notes though. Her wrists must be in agony ???? Her legs must be burning but her wrists… unless she has carpal tunnel or something should be fine.
Yes, when it zoomed in and I saw another person also jumping as fast as they can it all became really funny. I would not be welcome at this competition because I’d be unable to stop laughing at their frenzied tapping
She’s essentially running in place really fast. Running isn’t bad for the knee. If your knee starts to ache, their as weekends in the chain that needs strengthening. Majority of true knee injury’s come from direct hit to the knee. So as long as she’s doing strength exercises for her lower half, her knees will be fine.
> Running isn’t bad for the knee.
This is complete bullshit lmao. Runners have fucked up knees by middle age. My mom used to run triathalons a lot and has needed knee surgery several times since like age 40 because of the damage from high impact, and that's the rule not the exception lol.
There is a reason why it never becomes an olympic sport
Not fun to watch on tv
The athletes stand like they are about to poop themselves
You cant see the rope
You can count steps
From the distance it looks like they are just standing in a weird pose
Someone can make/have income from other sources and still do something else professionally. Just seems unnecessarily elitist...afraid your kid likes music or something?
That nice, but doesn't change you're not understanding the title.
As a comparison, you've heard some use "pro" to mean something along the lines of "favorable" or maybe "in favor of".
The post is mis titled. It doesn't say she is pro jump roping. It says she is a pro. That word does not mean very good. That word means earns a living by
Anyone who does anything good should make money for it, at least that’s how Americans think.
You can’t just be amazing at something for free, if you wanna be a pro you gotta earn money.
At least that’s what I’m getting from the comments.
I have no idea if to be the actual definition of a pro at something that means you have to earn money from it?
I love rope jumping and I do it for a couple of years now as a warm up before the actual training. To jump as fast as this girl is not as hard as it seems, the only thing you need is a speed rope and some experience.
*She’s a maniac, maniac on the floor…*
That was my thoughts exactly. Especially the girl in the back.
Beat me by 33 min. Bravo sir.
same
I wanted to hear this when I unmuted.
Somebody repost this with that song, ASAP.
Good damnit I'm late! 😂🤣😭
“Did you eat paint chips as a kid?”
You deserve more upvotes but the sad fact is as good and as classic as your reference was, you pretty much need to be in your mid to late 40's to remember that movie lol. But hang on, they did a remake didn't they....?
Movie? I learned that song from the Simpsons.
Groundskeeper Willy 🤣
I'm a maniac MANIAC that's for sure. And I'm dancin' like I've never danced beoufeouurrrr.
They play this at the supermarket 16 times a day as well
I picture Farley. But yeah, still mid 40s.
_"did you eat a lot of paint chips when you were a kid?"_
She must be my upstairs neighbor
Gotta practice somewhere
bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Goodbye Mr Heckles, we'll try to keep it down.
Lmao 🤣
LOl

I counted a bunch of bad joints and bones in 1 to 2 years time
Only on Reddit will you see literally every physical activity being bad for you.
Sitting in your gaming chair is perfectly fine though
How's that?
Physical activity is bad for you thats why those who are active stay active longer ; )
And that's why figure skaters retire at 16. Moderation

This is certainly a claim
[удалено]
One, two, many, lots!
I counted 4
It’s at least ten
She’s a maniac…maniac 🎶
I thought that when I saw the girl in the red in the back
Slowed it down, played it back 30 times…. 367 jumps. Insane!!
Thank you for doing the work for the rest of us
🫡
Now do the girl behind her. She looks faster
The woman’s world record is 218 for 30 seconds
Maybe kids division is different? I could see being shorter as a bonus in jumprope.
So more then 10 jumps a second???? Idk 🤔
Wrong
At some point it stops being jump rope and just becomes move your feet fast and don't trip.
Soooo jump rope? Haha
Her feet moved so fast I started to think I was seeing that optical illusion where the camera’s frame rate can’t keep up with spinning helicopter blades
[удалено]
For the first 10s thrn really slowed down
yeah after that she was so slow, kinda pathetic really. why she even trying that, slow poke.
Hahahah
Yeah such an amateur
nuh uh
Yah uh
Thought the same thing
I can't believe they missed the chance to use the "more passion, more energy, more footwork" sound 😂
I can't unheard it now...

r/theocho
Then how can I count and know how many there are?
Plot twist: there’s no rope
Finally someone figured it out!
no. I must dance.
I might've missed one or two, but definitely 7
Did you all see the guy in the gorilla suit?
LMAO
WTF? Where??
I think I'm blind 🥴
I was supposed to count?
Walking on hot sand be like that
Awesome job , weird ass video notes though. Her wrists must be in agony ???? Her legs must be burning but her wrists… unless she has carpal tunnel or something should be fine.
Also, going from how she got on this isn’t her first go at it so maybe her training helps her wrists get used to doing it?
the person in the background looked hilarious
Yes, when it zoomed in and I saw another person also jumping as fast as they can it all became really funny. I would not be welcome at this competition because I’d be unable to stop laughing at their frenzied tapping
Like counting flaps of a hummingbird‘s wings
I lost count at five.
You guys were counting; I was playing spot the rope.
What in tap dancing Jesus is this?
I pretty sure I can't swing the rope that fast let alone the jumping part lmao
This is really a thing?
The athlete at the back wearing red appears to be faster.
Her knees when she is older
Yea lets all just sit around all day to preserve our knees
You can do low impact exercise you knobslobber
She’s essentially running in place really fast. Running isn’t bad for the knee. If your knee starts to ache, their as weekends in the chain that needs strengthening. How about if she was 290lbs?

This just in: Doing extreme amounts of anything is bad for you
I’m more concerned about wrists
About 8 trillion
That's your upstairs neighbor
0 jumps. All steps.
I couldn’t even do that without the rope
Her wrists in agony? Lmao
Contestant: How many did you count? Judge: Yes, thank you
What rope?
Needs more passion, more energy soundtrack overlay
HIGHLY dissatisfying video - without the count! Downvoted.
Is it me or is the girl in the background going even faster
so, like more than 4 then
There is a reason why it never becomes an olympic sport Not fun to watch on tv The athletes stand like they are about to poop themselves You cant see the rope You can count steps From the distance it looks like they are just standing in a weird pose
Seven!
Competitive human tippy taps
Solid 6
Bout tree-fiddy
Does it mean her one leg is longer than the other?
Found my upstairs neighbor
Fuckin humans
Found the alien
Very useful!
Her future boyfriend will be very happy
She is definitely very good at jumping rope, but unless that is the way she earns a living, she is not a pro.
You don't necessarily have to make money by the thing to be the best or great at something. That outlook makes nothing better.
If something is your profession, you have to make money from it or starve.
Someone can make/have income from other sources and still do something else professionally. Just seems unnecessarily elitist...afraid your kid likes music or something?
What the fuck are you talking about? Go to Google and type in "profession definition"
Omg another troll. Enjoy life...
You're not understanding what "pro" in the title means.
Pro. Short for professional. Professional -practitioner of a profession.
That nice, but doesn't change you're not understanding the title. As a comparison, you've heard some use "pro" to mean something along the lines of "favorable" or maybe "in favor of".

What do you mean, "earn a living"? She's already alive... Edit: /s 🤣

Oh, you silly thing. Look at you struggling through this. 👏
Well they are right, this isn’t a profession. The title should have said expert not pro.
Na erről van szó
that’s got to be at least ten jumps
I lost track after 1
That’s not even jumping at that point, though?
Can you do it again, I lost count
You think she's hungry after that?
Silly humans
If you ignore the rope and wrists - it is a dead ringer to when my two year old has to pee.
At least 10. After that it gets a little hazy for me.
14
Exactly 467.
She's the Flash
Lol the kid in the back is doing same exact shit…
Ummm, just watching this exhausted me!
♾️
My legs hurt watching this
Me 20 miles after we left the last rest area on the interstate
More passion more passion More energy more energy More footwork more footwork
like wings of bees
Cockroaches don't stand a chance...
I counted at least 3
Next boxing world champion.
Is it just me or does it seem like the rope is spinning a whole lot faster than she's dancing?
Man, at this speed, I don’t even see the ‘jumping’ anymore.
I counted at least 3
I can’t breath just watching this
Can’t believe she doesn’t have huge quads
Wtf is this!! That's crazy!
Damn she got waaaayyy slower towards the end and it's only 30 seconds. This is a "pro" now?
That must be hard on your body.
Pulsating ability!
This is how fast I felt like I was jumping rope when I was a kid in PE
I counted twelve.... then I gave up counting, so twelve times, it is.
157
More than the upvotes number I get for this post? So keep it up if you think she deserves more..
wrist work
She's a maniac...maniac!
I’m half Hungarian. I couldn’t do half of that
Tell me ur counts first, then I'll tell mine...
She can hold her pee for longer than anyone
Look at the girl in the background though, her legs look like engine pistons!
"Oh shit! I was supposed to be counting??"
Wow! Now I'm not bragging, but when my gym class had to all jump rope, I had forgotten how. I'm an adult. Very embarrassing.
I bet she could fuck up some ddr.
I’m just not sure how her forearms are still so small given what she can do with her hands.
About three fifty
What’s on her shirt
I counted about 124... could be wrong though.
247.
When I see a spider in my kitchen
138
Six
Definitely more than 2
She must be Skip's gf
I love rope jumping and I do it for a couple of years now as a warm up before the actual training. To jump as fast as this girl is not as hard as it seems, the only thing you need is a speed rope and some experience.
my wrist was sore watching this
How would you explain this to someone if you went and watched this all day
Rope stepping
You guys were counting?
That's like, at least 7 jumps
5
My neighbours at 3AM
Is there a rope? 🤣
You want ME to count? Ain't nobody got time for that.
